Why do we need it
Today, the ability to combine a variety of textures will give you much more than the skills of consistently painting a face in different colors. How to do it
It is not necessary to go the hard way and do that very make-up from instagram, but almost any glittering textures need a color substrate. Use as a base steady dry or cream shadows, and then take a shining pigment and beat it with your finger in the center of the eyelid, slightly blending the stain to the corners.
