15 products for full winter care
If you also did not have time to prepare for that the snow dust is hitting the face right now, do not worry: we have prepared a memo for winter care. There are really necessary 15 things in it that will make you feel good in winter (and not feel like that).
For face
If you are not ready to wear a balaclava (we are almost), you will have to wrap your face differently. Just a new foundation will not work, although it does not hurt: you need to get the right nutrition with at least a thick cream. Recall, these are usually labeled "rich" or "nourishing", and their composition includes oils. In principle, you can drop a couple of drops of a suitable oil into a familiar moisturizer, but this can unpredictably affect the properties of the cream itself (stone oils, for example, nullify the effect of sunscreens), so we would not experiment. Well pay attention to the serum, suitable can be found for any skin type: watery hyaluronic like Ipsa The Time Reset Aqua is suitable for oily and combination, and saturated Biotherm Blue Therapy Serum-In-Oil - for dry. Well, winter is the time to break off on regenerating, nourishing and moisturizing masks (one or two a week is quite ok). Here the choice is so great that it is impossible to choose one thing, but from the universal one can be called Embryolisse Hydra-Masque.

For body
As the wise Dove ad said, looking only at the face is as illogical as painting a tenth of the lips — the rest of the skin needs protection as much. Moreover, many people like to lie in a hot bath in winter, and this, although it helps to unload the head and keep warm, does not affect the skin very well. If you lie in hot water for a long time or stand in the shower, the natural lipid layer is almost cleaned off the skin, and it dries out without it (for the same reason, cosmetologists advise not to use cleansers, after which the skin creaks). To remedy the situation, if you do not lie in the bath for you is not an option, you can at least in two ways: add special oil to the water and do not neglect the lotion after each wash. If you are a fan of blank products, the simplest body milk, which Neutrogena has a lot of, will do, but if you are too lazy to just smear with cream, perhaps pleasant fragrance will strengthen motivation: invigorating, like Panpuri Indochine, or cozy L'Occitane Amande . If the skin is completely dry, it makes sense to look at the butter, thick creams with high oil content, Natura Siberica has a convenient option. It can replace the foot cream, but if not enough, there are also separate, super-nourishing ones, such as The Body Shop's most popular hemp.

For hands
Even if you do not forget gloves at home (teach this, please), the skin of your hands still requires increased attention - if only because your hands wash everything at least five times during the day, and this again washes away the natural fatty film from them. The first thing to do is choose a soft soap, even a baby one will do. The second is to put a tube of cream on the desktop, and another to put in the bedside cabinet. It is better to buy different: in the office - fast-absorbing, home - thick, close to the butler, which is the very thing to put under spa gloves. A separate topic is the care of the cuticle. These areas of skin dry up most of all, so if you have not trained yourself to balm or cuticle oil, it's time to do it. Fortunately, you can choose the package for yourself: there are also tubes with brushes, there are habitual washers, where you need to climb with your fingers, and there are liquid oils with pipettes. By the way, if your lip balm is not very sticky, it can be used for the cuticle.

For hair
There are especially many problems with hair in the winter: without a hat they dry, under the hat they get dirty faster and still dry. Common sense tells the cap to wear and twist. Gentle cleansing products will help: dry hair shampoo or balm, if you want to try coving. There is a special requirement for the latter: although you can choose a cheap conditioner, it should not contain silicones. In addition, the coving should be alternated with a “normal” wash, and if you suspect a problem with the scalp, we do not recommend experimenting (we advise you to contact the trichologist). Regardless of the cleansing method, a hair mask is useful once a week. From their choice in an ordinary pharmacy or a cosmetic store, the eyes can run up, so we would focus on pharmacy-type Klorane or professional brands like Rene Furterer or Alterna.

Special means
All of the above are universal recommendations, but no one has canceled local tasks. If in the summer you do not dry your hair with a hair dryer, and in the winter - yes, you need thermal protection. It is better to search for it among professional brands, and not in the mass market: the price is not much higher, but there is more benefit. Winter, among other things, is a good time for more intense peeling and products with acids, so even if you are not going to undergo a course with a beautician, now is the right time to use acid masks: they will help keep your skin clean and lighten traces of inflammation. and slight pigmentation. And it makes sense to buy a universal cold cream (it can also replace the children's cream), which is suitable for a long winter walk, and not a bag, if you will not spend the night at home. Those that are suitable for the face, body and hair can be found on several brands, for example Davines and Weleda.
