Sweet November: 15 hot chocolate recipes

The best way to keep warm - make a cup of hot chocolate (ok, we know more, but this is one of the best for sure). In order not to be discouraged with “nesvik” or basic mixture of cocoa powder and milk, we collected 15 cool recipes that will not let you get bored all winter.

With sweet peppers

Cooking:

Mix the milk, cream and candy in a small saucepan and put on medium heat. To warm, stirring, for about four minutes - until the candy is dissolved.

Pour the chocolate, broken into slices, hold on the stove for two minutes, until it melts, pour into cups.

With a cap of salted cream

Cooking:

First - cream: beat them with sugar at medium speed until soft peaks. Gently mix the salt and cocoa, mix until smooth, cover with something and set aside.

Break the chocolate into slices, melt it in a water bath, stirring constantly. Add honey, milk and, continuing to stir, wait until the chocolate has completely melted and the whole mass becomes very warm.

Spread the chocolate evenly over two cups, in each add half a serving of cream and a little salt as decoration.

With cherry bourbon

Cooking:

In a small saucepan, while stirring, heat the milk with cocoa until steam appears (but do not boil).

Pour the bourbon in two circles, then equally - chocolate. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Spicy Vegan

Cooking:

Put everything in a saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, let it cool for 3-5 minutes and serve.

Hershey's prescription

Cooking:

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in an average saucepan, dissolve everything in hot water. Heat over medium heat until it boils, and hold for another two minutes. Add milk, do not bring to a boil, but thoroughly warm.

Remove from heat, add vanilla. Beat with a blender until foaming. Serve with marshmallows or whipped cream.

White Mint Hot Chocolate

Cooking:

Pour the milk into the medium saucepan, add the chocolate and, stirring, heat until the chocolate melts (but do not boil). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and peppermint essence and serve.

With peanut butter

Cooking:

Heat cream and milk in a saucepan over medium heat (but do not boil). When steam goes, add chocolate and heat, stirring, until it melts. Then mix in the butter and wait until it melts.

Pour everything into a large mug and pour marshmallow.

With coffee liqueur

Cooking:

In a small saucepan, mix the milk and cream, heat over medium heat and add the chocolate. While stirring, wait until the chocolate has melted, then pour the liquor. Pour into cups, add marshmallows (you can pre-burn them with a burner).

Cooking:

Heat the milk in a large saucepan until steam comes. Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients, add them to the hot milk and mix well. Cocoa will come out thick and will foam a little, so be it.

Classic thick chocolate

Cooking:

In a medium saucepan, mix the milk, cream, sugar and coffee and heat until the liquid is almost blistering. Do not boil.

Turn off the fire, pour in the chocolate and stir until it melts (return to a slow fire, if not melt). Serve warm with a cap of whipped cream.

With orange liqueur and rum

Cooking:

On average, skillet mix cocoa with sugar and salt. Pour in the milk, add the broken chocolate and heat until it melts.

Pour in liquor, then - pisco or rum. Pour into four circles, each add a ribbon zest. You can decorate shavings zest or cream.

Hot chocolate "Mocha"

Cooking:

Pour all ingredients and pour into medium saucepan, heat for 2-3 minutes over medium heat or until chocolate is melted. Pour into cups and if desired, decorate with marshmallows, chocolate chips, chocolate or caramel syrup.

Spicy in a multivariate

Cooking:

Dissolve in cocoa water, pour it into the slow cooker. Add chocolate, condensed milk, all spices, milk. Put on the lowest temperature and heat for 2 hours, stirring every half hour. Serve without all or with marshmallows, cream or syrup.

"In Barcelona"

Cooking:

Pour water into a saucepan, add chocolate there and heat until it melts. Add milk and everything else, keep on medium heat for five minutes, stirring. Pour into cups, decorate with whipped cream or cocoa.

With banana

Cooking:

In a blender, beat banana, milk and cream until smooth. Wipe through a filter in a medium-volume saucepan and heat for about 4 minutes until steam appears. Pour the chocolate and wait until it melts. Pour into cups and serve.
