PR-manager Julia Miftakhova about self-irony and favorite cosmetics

For "Available" we study the contents of beauty cases, dressing tables and cosmetic bags of interesting characters to us - and we show all this to you.

About care

I have obedient skin of the face, so I follow the only rule - I clean and moisturize it twice a day, in whatever condition I crawl home. After numerous posts of my namesake (or maybe my sister who disappeared in childhood) I add sanskrin during the day, I can use acids, whey, peel off the excess when I feel the need, but without fanaticism. Refused eye cream and other "left heels". Perhaps the label "organic" is a purely marketing story, but when it comes to products for the body and hair, I am happy to be tempted. I am a parishioner of the church of humor and common sense, at the same time, knowing all the marketing underpinnings of companies, I love to be “waged” - without this I would be bored. Just like in that meme "my body is a temple".

I rarely go to a beautician, simply because I have a more or less calm and young skin - I do not see the point in frequent visits and I don’t like it when they shout “go to a professional” about any nonsense. I have nothing against injections, they seem to be more effective. If a little Botox helps not to get annoyed when you look at yourself in the mirror after a whole day of “frowning,” why not? I adhere to the rule "if you really want to - do it." Especially if it is not forever. In general, I am for achievements in the field of cosmetology, which make life easier. For example, a manicure: every three days to paint your nails with some harmless, but immediately falling off lacquer instead of gel, which will last for several weeks, is it serious? I also had an operation that corrected my vision, and never regretted it.

About appearance and makeup

All my life I considered my appearance specific - on some porn could be marked with an "amateur" note. Let, like all ordinary people, I constantly complain about my nose with potatoes, "Tatar" eyes that are not visible, acne that can be seen from Mars, and three disobedient browns, I love myself for who I am. I was a blonde for a very long time, but for several years now I have been walking with absolutely natural hair color, getting hundreds of compliments and questions about where I was wearing. Half a year ago she decided to cut off her bang - of course, it is painful to style her daily, especially when the wavy hair starts to push, but I like it. On the day of the shooting, unfortunately, it was just wet weather and the styling died.

I would like to wear a variety of makeup, but my hands, though golden, are not from that place. I am happy to buy purple eyeliners, but I can use them once - and not in my own hands. I don’t paint for work at all - they love me for who I am. If you need to go out into the world, in the course go the foundation, cheap mascara, bright lipstick, it happens, a pencil for eyebrows, and more recently - a palette with rouge and highlighter. In general, the make up never takes me more than ten minutes. Of course, when professionals or girlfriends paint me, the difference is noticeable, but I'm still not ready to spend an hour on it.

About sport

I have a complicated relationship with sports. I love Challenge, Competition and Collectivity very much, so I can’t do anything on my own for a long time. In the summer I liked to run around the city, I also tried yoga, swimming, fun sports like squash. Advise me something not boring, but better take with you! Systematic - this is what I have to come to in order to reach a new level. So far my only regular exercises are active dances in bars, that's where I swing muscles - and thanks for that. I have sports projects for work: at the finish of the Moscow Marathon I have been crying for five years together with the finish - how proud I am of everyone! Art projects also help us not to lose touch with reality in the flow of cans and “unique formulas”, which, fortunately, I also do.

About alcohol and food

My bad habit, like most, is alcohol. Although I see how it is reflected on the skin and the state of the body as a whole, I can not give it up completely. I argue the same way as in the case of food: I’m better with chocolate and will be satisfied than I don’t eat, I’ll be angry, but one day I’ll become “slim and beautiful”. Soon there will be six months, as I refused meat (so far only pesketarianism), I did not notice a significant difference for the organism, but it became a little easier. I do so more from reluctance to invest in environmental pollution, and, of course, this is a challenge. This month I plan to try to give up fish. I do not like and almost do not drink milk in its pure form, without it, the stomach and the skin feel really better. While I can not imagine how not to eat cheese, cottage cheese, kefirchik.

About cosmetics and fragrances

I work in the industry, so I have to scroll through the beauty sections daily. A “beautiful” and “very effective” bank can sit in the subcortex, but more often I take the funds for a recommendation, and even more likely - I grab the third one in the store, because I already have to buy something to replace the one that ended. My friends are the most beautiful women on earth, so it’s very easy to follow their advice. Aromas are what I live and work with every day, they create a mood and, no matter how trite, evoke memories, emotions and stories of relationships with people. I have a lot of perfumes, and I am not afraid of experiments. It happens, though, that my good friends say that I smell like a grandmother in a theater. Boring!
