Shrimp: Chicken Steam Croquettes

Chicken and Shrimp Steam Croquettes

In a combine, chop garlic, ginger, chilli, chicken and shrimp, onions.
Beat the whites of one egg to a strong foam.
Mix the minced meat with spices and herbs, protein and other ingredients, except dried paprika.
From each tablespoon of minced meat to form balls, which are then slightly flatten. Put them in a steamer for 15 minutes; juice when piercing should be transparent. Croquettes can be browned in the pan.
Sprinkle with paprika.
