FOR RUBBER "WARDROBE" we take pictures of beautiful, original or strangely dressed people in their favorite things and ask them to tell stories related to them. This week, our heroine is a media activist, journalist, fashion critic and creator of fashion journalism courses Olesya Iva.

Fatigue from fashion is felt in the world - it has become too much. Over the past year, my wardrobe shrank more than half: she distributed something, sold something, threw out something; left only beautiful, memorable and functional. It seems to me that the less things surround us, the further we can get into life. And the easier it is to live, because we stop wasting time.

Nevertheless, the choice should be. A year ago, I conducted an experiment on myself and wore only black for a month. It was depressive: it is impossible to calmly think and live in the modern world if you have no choice at all. I think awareness is important: leave just enough to be whole.

Recently, I feel connected with my relatives - they liked to dress beautifully. Here is a photo of my grandmother with her friend, made in the late 40s. They are so fashionable: braids, round bags, shoes and white socks, dresses. And this is a grandfather with a friend - cheed! My parents were also in style. I think my love for beauty and fashion is genetic. And clothing is your story, so I’ll tell you a few.

This green outfit has already shot a Japanese magazine Ginza - they made a number about new Russian heroes who are changing the face of fashion in the country. Two months later in Tokyo, I met with their chief editor Takuhito. He showed a secret restaurant with a pair of food and a cool 24-hour book. They talked about evil and goodness - yin and yang in different forms of manifestation.

This trench is too short and too small for me, but I protect it after an instructive story. The story is this: I had a suitor "Jacket". I once told him that money was dust, and the jacket was gone. Money was his only power, and I despised them. It is very sick that today people still do not live according to the heart’s will.

I love what Dasha Selyanova does in ZDDZ. I bought this top after an interview with Dasha for Poster - the conversation turned out to be honest and resonant. Dasha there says that "clothes are media, not a way to raise self-esteem." Over the past year, I was convinced that many in the Russian gloss think primarily about manicure, dinners and spa, and forget about quality journalism. Those who believe in a cool product are few - in general, I see a crisis of ideas and people in the industry. It pushed me to start a fashion journalism course: I want more professionals.

Designers rarely think about physicality. In this organic silk dress, I feel naked. I think that the wardrobe depends on self-love: when you love your body, you don't care what to wear. You take a thing from the floor or hangers, put it on and go. I feel very free for the last three years, but for this I had to work on self-love.

I often go to Israel, my boyfriend lives there. This is a country where there is no fashion: people are passionate about politics, social issues and start-ups. They take dogs from shelters, help each other and do not think about clothes. Israel is a place where no one judges anyone, so fashion is not needed there. T-shirt bought in Jerusalem, the holy city on the barricades. I think my move to Israel is in many ways a personal transformation.

Once I interviewed the most important Russian heroes: Svetlana Bondarchuk and Alyona Doletskaya. During the conversation, they suddenly switched from media problems to recent purchases. The reason was my dress: the question arose as to why young people wear bright and strange. For me, this is not a question, but a consequence of the attitude to things. I love only strange beautiful things. I think that fashion is music, and the most difficult thing is to make your wardrobe sound. I think that sounds like this and that.

I do not have animals and plants at home, but there are stones - it is easy to move with them. The largest is from Ye Island. This is a small French Reykjavik. I rubbed him until blue in the face - I think this is how my boyfriend Vitalik appeared on the threshold. And we got the dragon with Vitalik in Tokyo from the batyapon-machine gun.
