How to dress in +30 in the city, not to die from the heat
Summer in our latitudes never comes according to the calendar: heat it collapses suddenly, and it is still not clear how a city dweller to dress comfortably in +30 (or higher). Unbearably hot days in the first place you think about what to do in the evening and which drink will cool faster, and the need to put on something seems like a mockery. And yet, if you approach the problem thoughtfully once, you will protect yourself from overheating and related problems. We remind you what to pay attention to when choosing clothes in the summer and how it is appropriate to look even in the hottest heat.
Materials
We will not tire of repeating: pay attention to the composition of the fabric - this is especially important in the summer. A cotton shirt is much nicer than a seemingly sleeveless summer dress, but sewn of polyester. Supporters of natural fabrics should pay attention to flax and cotton - things from them almost do not crumple and are perfect for a hot day. Contrary to the opinion that in +30 it is possible to survive only in clothes made from natural fabrics, pay attention to viscose. The form
Regarding the shape, it is worthwhile to emphasize free-cut things - pants made of light fabric or a floor-length dress will make your stay in the sun much more pleasant. You should give up your favorite jeans: there will be enough reasons to wear them at other times of the year, in the heat in tight jeans it is unbearably hot. Fortunately, there are many summer alternatives to jeans: culottes, bermudas, sports pants, and wide pajamas.
Do not refuse the ubiquitous combination dresses, consider different versions of skirts and shorts with lace inserts and finally get a pajama suit - the perfect option for a free, lightweight dress for the summer. T-shirts on thin straps or with a lowered shoulder line (again, made of lightweight materials and a free cut) will perfectly complement the image.
In the heat, many tend to wear as little clothing as possible and choose things that open up the body as much as possible. And in general, on health, if you so want and like - why not, the main thing is not to forget about the cream with SPF. Another thing is that in a long and free dress-tunic or skirt on the floor of viscose or silk, you are likely to be more comfortable and cooler than in a tiny sundress with straps.

Underwear
In the 30-degree heat, wearing a bodice with tight cups, weighty push up and abundant decor is, frankly, heavy. In certain cases, underwear can serve as an element of the image, but for such cases there are more convenient options without tight cups. In general, the main characteristic for "summer" underwear is a soft cup of the bodice, which will provide freedom of movement. Summer is the main season of all kinds of white and light dresses (the question "why?" Will be answered by the school textbook on physics). When your hand reaches for the dark palette, remember that in the remaining nine months, most likely, things like this gamut will prevail in your everyday wardrobe. Any variations of ocher and burgundy can be replaced with khaki or sand, dark blue is easily inferior to blue, and the absolute king of the summer period is white. Do not neglect Panama or a cap, leaving the house in the thick of it. Perhaps the most summer version of a headdress is a boater, a hard-straw straw hat with narrow straight fields. Light, bright and versatile in color, it will be appropriate both in the city and on the beach. You can also look at the various bandanas, hats, hats of the classic "Sinatra" uniform, fedoras and wide-brimmed options. The main rule here is as in clothes, to observe the color balance, namely, not to accidentally bring the sun on your head, buying a headdress that is too dark, and also choose light materials, such as straw or cotton.
