We can not miss the opportunity to speak out about perfume in the proclaimed week of gender. The division into male and female fragrances does not seem to us to be outdated - groundless. Smells do not have sex, but, by inertia, we often separate them, transforming the olfactory signals and impressions that they generate into signs of gender. Floral fragrances in our western culture are often perceived as feminine, and the aromas are masculine, although in reality they are simply floral or simply fougere. The new perfume Nasomatto Blamage has an interesting story: their creator, Alessandro Galtéri, blindly chose six ingredients, mixed them and found a combination interesting enough to complement his line of scents. According to rumors, Blamage is the last in the Nasomatto project; its ingredients are unknown, so there is plenty of space for interpretation and compilation of one’s own opinion - this is especially appealing to us.
