5 makeup ideas on the Wes Anderson film palette
Declaration of love to a favorite director can be different, and Wes Anderson - a favorite of many. We already recalled the favorite features of his films and were looking for a fur coat like Margot Tenenbaum and you-know-someone's red hat. We decided not to stop at this: this time we made instructions on how to express affection not only for experiments in makeup, but also for Anderson's filmography - through the color palette of five of his paintings.
First, we held an emerald-blue arrow and brought it beyond the ciliary edge. In order for the color to be saturated, it is better to apply eyeliner several times. For the orange arrow used pigment (shadows) and spray fix MAC Fix +. Along the already drawn blue arrow, we drew a line with pigment, pre-moistening the beveled brush with a fixative. The orange arrow traced a little further blue and made a tail-zigzag; sometimes such an arrow is called a bat. Wet method of applying shadows may not be the most durable, but so you can apply any shade you like.
These are the simplest smoky eyes. On all mobile eyelids up to the folds of the upper eyelid, a patina shade was applied, and brown-green in the outer corner of the eye. The feathering was rounded to emphasize the particular shape of the eyes - for the same reason, the lower eyelid was not emphasized. On the cheeks of the model put a little pink blush.
With this color palette you can make both evening and day makeup. We took two main pearl shades: burgundy - as an accent on the lips, and the next - on the eyes. All the mobile eyelids tightly put on the shadows, shade them to the fold and slightly stretched beyond the outer edge. Lips put on lipstick without a contour pencil, walked along the contour of the lips with a corrector so that the lipstick did not spread. Makeup takes no more than ten minutes, because it does not require knowledge of complex techniques and feathering.
The easiest makeup from the collection. It is necessary to make an even tone and put on the cheekbones from the cheeks to the temples the blush of a rich hue. It is better to use a round brush for powdery textures - it will allow you to collect the right amount of product and easy to shade it. For eye makeup chose matte shades of caramel color; they were inflicted on both the upper and lower eyelids. A good dense and even color can be achieved in two stages: use a flat brush to fill in the shadows on the entire mobile eyelid up to the fold and along the lower ciliary edge, and then to shade with a fluffy brush. Before applying the shadows, it is better to apply a primer - Urban Decay, for example.
The lower active arrow needs to be brought out of the ciliary edge. Make it comfortable with a thin brush for the arrows and a cream eyeliner. The upper arrow - red, in the form of a rectangle (it is also called the sports arrow) - will require a little patience and dexterity. The easiest way to draw it is with a well-sharpened lip pencil: draw a smooth contour, shade it inside with a small brush, and then fill the pigment within the figure. You can walk along the contour of the arrow with a corrector or a cotton swab so that the rectangle turns out to be quite clear.
