BJUFF photographer and co-founder Julia Tatarchenko about favorite outfits
FOR RUBBER "WARDROBE" we take pictures of beautiful, original or strangely dressed people in their favorite things and ask them to tell related stories. This week, our heroine is a photographer and co-founder of the creative duet BJUFF, Julia Tatarchenko.

It's important for meso that the clothes are comfortable and do not hinder movement: on the set, I often crawl on the floor, so I choose things that are not terribly dirty. I have sets of uniforms for work: these are three identical trousers, shorts and the same T-shirts for summer and three pieces of black trousers and sweatshirts for winter. Favorite shoes - bright sneakers. If dress up, then in my free time.
When I was a child, I went in for sports, and as a teenager I drove a skateboard. I think it shaped my taste in clothes: I communicated mostly with guys, and their style interested me more than dresses and cosmetics. Until now, I often find suitable things in the men's section. At home, my father's influence was influenced by a minimalistic approach; the love of uniforms was from him. If there is something unchanged, then this is a red jumper and dark blue Levi's 501 dad. From business trips he always brought several identical sweaters and the same jeans model.
I do not like to litter the space, so if I stop wearing a thing, I give it to someone who needs it. Brands do not interest me, quality and what kind of clothes are more important to me. I do not buy something that does not really sink into the soul - I believe that my thing will find me.

My summer uniform looks like this. Despite the fact that I roll a lot on the set, I still like to wear a white top and a black bottom. Orthodox Jews believe that you must always be neat before God, hence the white top, black bottom outfits. I like this thought.

I try to stick to a green lifestyle. Since I like to take coffee away, I use a reusable mug.

In this dress I feel very light and airy, but, unfortunately, it is very crumpled. In fact, this is not a jacket, but the lining of the US Army parks. The park has long retired, but the lining is still with me, it is very comfortable in it - I like its silhouette, and the fact that it is quilted. Sneakers ordered from Australia about six years ago, they are very comfortable, while not looking too sporty.

The first ring found in the shop junkie in Munich. The second gave a friend - we are the same with her. Ring with spicy engraving inside is also a gift.
Sweatshirt and sneakers - Nike, shorts with Bali,socks uniqlo
I had such shorts from Weekday - they were perfect for me. I bore them so hard that they became transparent. Last winter, when we lived in Bali, I bought different fabrics, took these shorts and took them to the atelier. There I had them sewn several pieces in different colors. Now I have a strategic reserve.

Dress bought three years ago in Berlin. I lived there for a couple of years, and sometimes I ran to & Other Stories on the way from the university. Once I stumbled on this dress there - it hung in a single copy and waited for me. I immediately fell in love: I like that the skirt is so long that the dress seems modest - but if you push the floor of the jacket apart, then the bare sides open. And strictly, and playfully at the same time.
COS gloves
Bought last year in Singapore. I was fascinated by their color - especially the yellow palm.

In cold weather, I try to dress in layers - so it is better to keep warm and you can always adjust to the temperature outside. A coat with a vest for two has four large pockets, and it is very convenient: if I don’t need to take a laptop or a camera, I shove everything over them and go without a bag. I love it when my arms and back are free.
Sneakers bought for this winter, and they are already quite battered. Let the white shoes for winter be impractical, I love her so much that I am ready to wash regularly. These sneakers fit perfectly on the leg, do not hang out, so that I do not have droplets of dirt on the back of the pants.
I bought a backpack as a gift to my husband, but he was uncomfortable with messing around, so the thing moved to me. I like the fact that it is waterproof, so you can safely carry equipment.
Moleskine diary
I like to write everything down. If brought in the diary - just do not forget. It has a perfect size, fits in a jacket pocket.
Sweatshirt and sneakers - Nike, COS pants, Calzedonia leggings
This is my winter uniform. Overalls I usually buy in the men's section of Nike, I take the size L or XL. I like the fact that they are not handsome. For the first time I saw pants in Moscow COS - I was struck by their form, but did not immediately take it. After a couple of weeks, I saw them again in Tel Aviv and could not help but buy them. The pants are very wide, so I put them on with leggings: I like it when leggings stick out from under the pants a little bit.

In general, this is not a T-shirt, but a dress, but I shortened it to the desired length. Vest recently found me in St. Petersburg, hung in the store only one and in my size. Of course, I could not leave without him - because he is quilted, but what a color!
Avoska always with me. In winter, I carry purchases in it, and in summer I use it as a full-fledged bag.

Vintage vest, dress and shoes - COS
On the way from the university, I often walked past a vintage shop with various cute things for the house. Clothes were not usually there. Most of the time I ran past, but once I saw this vest in the window - my heart beat faster, I decided to stop by and find out the cost. When the hostess called the price at twenty euros, I realized that this was fate, and took it without hesitation. This is the only vintage item in my wardrobe. The vest is very warm and pleasant to the touch, sometimes wear it over a coat.
Dress liked the pleating. It is very comfortable, because I often put it on the shooting, where you have to look strictly.
