We have chosen ten recipes for desserts, each of which contains alcohol: it will not be possible to get drunk from them, but the taste will certainly be interesting. If now there is no time at all, put the matter aside for the first week of the year: there will be more time, and after the celebration there will most likely be something from the drinks.

Rum truffles

Prepared from the remains of biscuit. The oven is not necessary - just blind and allow to dry.

Crumble the sponge cake and mix the crumbs with cocoa, adding rum so that the mixture is sticky but not liquid.

Blind out the resulting mass of balls.

Roll the balls into the dressing and allow to dry.

Caramel apples with brandy

Another way to make yourself eat more fruit.

Melt butter and brown sugar in a griddle over low heat.

Add spices and brandy, mix.

Put the peeled and sliced ​​apples and cook until they are slightly soft (about 3-5 minutes).

It goes well with ice cream, but is tasty by itself.

Grease the baking dish with butter, put all the cherries in it and pour amaretto.

In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar, salt, and flour to a crumb-like consistency. Add almonds. Spread the mixture over the surface of the cherry.

Mix melted butter with almond or amaretto extract and pour the crumble.

Bake 45 minutes at 190 degrees and serve warm.

Chocolate Cake with Red Wine

It is prepared without flour, so it is suitable for people with gluten intolerance.

Remove eggs from the refrigerator beforehand and allow them to warm to room temperature. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with a diameter of about 22 cm (grease or lined with paper).

Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Remove from the heat, pour in the red wine and let cool.

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer at medium speed to a light and fluffy foam. The mixture should be doubled in size.

Gently mix the chocolate mixture with the egg-sugar. Transfer the resulting mass to the form and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Cool and serve with whipped cream.

Beer muffin

Perhaps the most "classic" dessert on this list.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease the form and sprinkle with flour.

Beat butter or margarine with sugar until light soft cream. Continue whisking, adding eggs one at a time. Add beer and beat another two minutes.

Pour the flour and baking powder, mix the dough well and transfer it to the form.

Bake 40-45 minutes.

Tartlets with cream cheese and tequila

The most savory option in this collection, similar to the "Margarita".

Add tequila and lime juice and mix for another minute.

Arrange the mixture in tartlets and serve immediately or cool.

Gummies with vodka ice cream

Looks impressive, but do not give to children.

Pears in White Wine

In fact, they can be cooked in the same way in red.

In a wide saucepan over medium heat combine wine, water and sugar. Add ginger, lemon zest and cinnamon. Bring to a light boil, stirring so that the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add pears, cover tightly, reduce heat. Cook until the pears are soft (10-15 minutes).

Serve warm or chilled.

Champagne Jelly

You can add and sparkling, which is exhaled in an open bottle.

Boil the water and dissolve the gelatin in it. Allow to cool for a few minutes.

Add lemonade and champagne. Pour the mixture into a flat shape.

Cool 4-5 hours, and better all night.

Knife, oiled, cut into rectangles.

Cool before serving, and sprinkle ornaments directly in front of it (do not do it in advance, because sugar can melt).
