The largest exhibition dedicated to the French designer Christian Dior, his brand Dior and their connection with art. In connection with the closure of the Galliera museum for the restoration, where Gres archives are kept, a retrospective of the works of the brand creator Germain Emily Krebs, better known as Madame Gre, opened in the Bourdelle museum. At the exhibition you can see 80 couture dresses, created by the designer from 1934 to 1989, about 100 sketches of outfits and 50 shots of famous photographers like Richard Avedon and Guy Burden. Note that Madame Gre was a sculptor by training, so she certainly would have been proud of the exposure of her silk and jersey dresses with numerous folds and draperies.

The photo exhibition, timed to the 150th anniversary of the unification of the concept of "Italian style", collected archival photos of collections and advertising campaigns of six brands associated with Italy: Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci, Missoni and Prada. The pictures are selected by the fashion journalist and curator of the exhibition, Colin McDowell. Another part of the archive of the museum Galliera, which was closed for restoration, moved to Versailles. Now there are 50 dresses on display, the creation of which inspired the eighteenth century.
