Deep Blue: Marine Motif Cosmetics

AUTHOR BLOG Fierce & Cute Moore Soboleva once a week makes for us a thematic selection of products from his extensive collection of cosmetics. In the new release - flavors, shades and packaging that will deceive that you are finally on vacation.

MAC Goddess of the Sea lipstick

This summer, the MAS released the Alluring Aquatics collection, which made a noise long before the release - thanks to the packaging of divine beauty. Makeup is an art of visual, so it's normal that we like pretty packaging, and the MAC also managed to please kinesthetics: on the surface of glossy turquoise bottles, texture droplets appear that I want to iron infinitely. The collection is beautiful, and for the selection I chose the God-of-the-Sea themed plum-bright lipstick - the brightest of those that are represented in Alluring Aquatics.

Flavor Comptoir Sud Pacifique Aqua Motu

It seems that the distribution of fun perfumery brand CSP in Russia is going to be curtailed - and this is a shame, they have a lot of very interesting flavors. I have several of them, but the most-favorite is the Aqua Motu. This is a real sea in a bottle: not an aquatic fantasy with fruits and flowers, but a salty wind, algae, sand - all that together makes up the incomparable air of the sea coast. I often wear this scent, and all year round - at times of unbearable winter longing, he sometimes needs no less than during heat.

Maybelline Ocean Blue Eyeliner

I tirelessly praise the Maybelline pencils from the Master Drama line - from the pencils available in our market, besides in the mass market category, they are as close as possible to the Urban Decay ideal for me. Bright, soft, draw a clear line with one touch, perfectly shaded when applied and freeze tightly - if Master Drama can be reproached for something, then only in an insufficiently rich palette. Ocean Blue is a cheerful blue, which can simultaneously make a pleasant color accent in neutral make-up and troll all adherents of linear thinking, proving to them that not only “Soviet saleswomen” wear blue in front of their eyes.

Shower gel L'Occitane Mer & Mistral

L'Occitane's very new collection, dedicated to the sea and the wind, consists of four items: shower gel, body lotion, toilet water and aftershave balsam. I really like the fragrance of the entire collection - it doesn’t recreate the smell of the sea as vividly as Aqua Motu, but reminds about it with all its might. For our selection, I chose a shower gel - the weather in Moscow, I hope, will soon fit the calendar, so we will need such refreshing and gentle gels. I consider L'Occitane body products the best in the world in general - they have never failed me.

Chanel Ocean Shimmer Lip Gloss

I love the brilliance of Chanel from the Glossimer line with uncontrolled love - I always want them all, regardless of color and density. Ocean Shimmer is one of the most delicate and inconspicuous shades in my collection (transparent with small silver and pink sparkles), and it seems that spending the requested amount on it is completely unwise. But the trick is that this brilliance is not designed to be carried into the office and generally along Moscow streets, but on the languid southern sun and on the seashore the Ocean Shimmer shines and shines as it should. Perfect shine for a vacation.

Face Cream Crème de la Mer

In the maritime collection can not do without the brand, which made the word "sea" in its name. Crème de la Mer is one of the most exalted beauty products in the world: holding this box in your hand for the first time, you involuntarily expect that the cream will turn you at least into Angelina Jolie. Alas, this metamorphosis didn’t happen to me, and this somewhat disappointed me, but I keep the spare Crème de la Mer on the shelf just in case, suddenly Angelina next time? Nevertheless, more than a cult cream, I love the products for the eyes of this brand - here they are absolutely outstanding.

OPI Sea Ya Later nail polish, Sailor!

For some reason, lacquer stamps adore maritime and near-sea themes more than the rest of their colleagues in the workshop. Of all the varieties available to me, I chose this nostalgic shade from the 2008 OPI summer collection, when blue varnishes were still relatively rare, especially in our latitudes. It is a translucent soft blue silver lacquer, it is good in and of itself, and being applied over a more dense blue tint. Very summer, sea and nice.

Body Scrub H2O sea results

A pretty American brand builds its concept around the sea, without pretending, however, to serious La Mer laurels. I once had excellent base shampoo and conditioner from the Sea Marine series and the face-magic Face Oasis magic-smelling face gel that I loved very much, and I recently had a body scrub from the Sea Results line that assures its anti-aging properties. I don’t know how to use the exfoliant so that it can show its advantages in the field of anti-aging, but I like the peeling itself: the cleaning parts in it are small but frequent, so the exfoliation is quite deep. And it smells like algae.

Shadows of L'Oréal Immaculate Ocean

The formula of the shadow line L'Oréal Infaillible inherits the Armani Eyes to Kill formula (the brands belong to one concern), and many bloggers agree that Infaillible is the highest-quality shadow in the mass market. Like Eyes to Kill, Infaillible is a crumbly shade of very fine grinding, almost creamy to the touch (if you understand what I want to say - I never feel so stupid as in moments when I try to describe the features of the texture). Shades successful almost everything, including our current hero - iridescent intelligent turquoise Immaculate Ocean.

Spray for hair TONI & GUY Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray

Spray hair with sea salt, designed to create the effect of "beach styling", released now almost everything. I have always ignored such means, considering that it is fun for owners of long wavy hair, that is, not for me at all. But the Toni & Guy spray that came to me unexpectedly caught on - it textures hair well, making it harder and more voluminous, and they don’t try to stick to the head with a vile cap two hours after washing. In addition, this spray is a good assistant in the creation of a careless rock and roll five-minute styling, to which I resort when there is no time and energy to mess with a hair dryer. That is, let's be honest, almost always.
