Pure victory: Girls about different brushes for washing
The first electric brushes for washing appeared on the market in 2004- it was the device legend Clarisonic, and since then various brands have released a huge number of analogs, among which there are also budget ones. So two or three years ago, a slow journey of electric brushes for washing from the category of delicious, but not very democratic appliances into the category of masthevs began. With regular use, these devices are capable of replacing salon cleaners and, according to reviews, they work wonders in daily care. We talked to the girls who use a wide variety of brushes about how to find understanding with the gadget and what it is really capable of.
Pobling Sonic Pore Cleansing Brush
I used to “hide” closed comedones with tonal means all the time, and, of course, pores were clogged more and more. Refused from the tonal, but the problems have not diminished. When the brush boom started, I read a lot of reviews on kosmetista.ru and was inspired by photos with an enormous difference of 3-4 months. I thought: suddenly help, why not try? In addition, after the usual washing with sponges, there was no that feeling of purity and smoothness, especially on the nose and forehead.
At first, I had a Pobling Sonic Pore Cleansing Brush, which lasted only two months. Firstly, because of the very soft bristle, according to my feelings, it did not clean at all. Secondly, for me, battery power was an inconvenience. Thirdly, although it is declared as hermetic and waterproof, but after a month the battery compartment rusted through, the button stopped working (I thought that the marriage did not work, the button did not work again after three weeks), although every time wiped it dry and put in a stand.
Now I wash my face with Clarisonic Mia 2. I use it about 4-5 times a week, when there are no rashes. Thanks to her, she got rid of closed comedones, clogged pores, her face began to look fresher, her skin tone became smoother. It is pleasant from the constructive side: it is airtight, the device fits comfortably in your hand, convenient charging. I have a standard nozzle that came in the kit, it came up to my skin. Brush me completely satisfied.
Clinique Sonic System Purifying Cleansing Brush
I am deeply convinced of the paramount importance of precisely cleansing the skin: the wrong one makes all other caring manipulations meaningless, the right one guarantees and enhances their effectiveness. Any dermatologist will confirm this. In my case (greasiness, porosity, second degree of acne in persistent remission), proper purification implies an indispensable mechanical effect — that is, you need to wash yourself not with your hands, but with the help of some special unit (or what is called washcloth in English). -Russian - yet nothing).
For many years, she was faithful to the great Clarisonic, but out of curiosity she tried all his analogues from Foreo to Zensation, including the one made in Russia. Clinique gadget seemed one of the most stupid and stupid. It inconveniently falls into the hand, somehow vibrates too deliberately, a month later starting to rattle, does not leave the desired feeling of "polished to squeak". The green fragment of the nozzle is harder with the bristles, and it scratches the skin, while the “delicate” white fragment, as it seems, just smears dirt and grease on the face. Here it is. But the brand has an absolutely beautiful night moisturizing mask. And now I use bamboo sponge.
Almea clariskin
I have a brush Almea Clariskin. I used to use it every day, now I take out twice a week: a lot of inflammation and skin is dehydrated. This brush came up to me, just now, due to pregnancy and hormones, my skin is odd and irritated from almost any effects, so I wash with La Roche-Posay Effaclar H without a brush. I used to like her very much, even got rid of small black dots, which I was terribly pleased about. In general, the skin looked better: the texture and color leveled, specks of inflammation passed faster.
The only inconvenience is that in my bathroom it does not dry out to the end. We have to carry it into the room, and before washing it back into the bathroom, which I often forgot. In this regard, I concluded that the brush - this is a device is not essential. While you are constantly caught on your eyes, you use it, and if not, you forget.
Clarisonic mia 2
I have problem skin: black spots, unexpected acne, but most importantly - it is very difficult to peel off with conventional means. For all my life, I have not found a combination of masks, including acids, and means for washing, so that everything old from me completely disappears. Whether I have such a skin, or a life like that, but I decided to believe in Clarisonic: a couple of years ago, bloggers were crazy about him and it sounded like something that could help me. The brush cleans due to very fast left-right movements, and manufacturers claim that thanks to this it does not pull the skin, but makes the dirt gently go to the surface on its own. I was preparing for the purchase for a long time - it was hard to give eight thousand at once, but, having decided, I didn’t regret it even once. I use the usual Mia 2 with a nozzle for sensitive skin - there are a lot of options for the Clarisonic, even pedicure, but, in my opinion, they are more or less similar. I bought it in April and in five months I already see a serious result.
It's getting better now. First, the skin has finally become cleansed normally. This does not mean that the brush scrubs it tightly: it does it quite softly, simply impressively. The main thing is to use regularly. What was especially important for me was to remove the scars on my cheeks. Because of the irrepressible desire to squeeze out something for myself, and not by a cosmetologist, I still have a lot of dimples and red spots that appeared easily and with great difficulty left. Over these almost half a year all the spots have gone, new ones heal much better and pass faster. For me, this is a victory worth the money invested - finally, I again have the usual white cheeks. Clarisonic is advised to use their brand-name cleanser, but, in my opinion, it is absolutely not necessary. I wash my face with LibreDerm gentle hyaluronic foam, and together they work super.
Gezatone sonicleanse
Last fall I was looking for a way to revive my face, because in general the year was very bad for the skin due to serious problems with the nervous system. And autumn, the face looks like a burnt peach, it is unrealistic to clean the pores, the horse hasn’t helped the mask, the masks, too, and the face has become quite hard. Then all the blogs were broadcasting a Clarisonic wonder-brush, they say, regular use will replace the visit to the beautician, it was just what you needed. But Clarisonic itself was worth (and still is) quite expensive, so I started searching for a relatively inexpensive counterpart, such that it also did not rotate, but vibrated, Almea had not yet released its own, so there was not much choice. So I found a Sonicleanse manufactured by Gezatone.
The mechanism of operation is similar to Clarisonic: it does not rotate, but vibrates. I use it once a day, 5-6 times a week, usually in the morning. The class itself is to remove all residues from the clay mask or use it in the evening before peeling. It really helped to overcome the period when everything went wrong and it was impossible to get anything out of the pores. Charging lasts for 2-2.5 weeks of daily use on average. The set includes three nozzles: normal, for sensitive skin, for peeling. It works in three modes: standard, accelerated and pulsating. With her face cleansing, you can safely do less.
Foreo LUNA Mini
I bought Foreo LUNA Mini a year and a half ago in Amsterdam, when I was still able to go to the cosmetics store and get out of there with one thing. It was the best cosmetic purchase in my life, although the most expensive - I reassured myself that the silicone brush does not require regular investments, expensive washing machines or new parts. Now she, probably, already came to self-sufficiency.
It's just a very well thought out device - you need to charge Foreo every six months, he is not afraid of water, it vibrates well, but without much enthusiasm. I especially like that the gadget was invented in Sweden - this is evident from the way the brush is in the hand and looks on the shelf. And he just does his job well - the skin has become better looking and more pleasant to the touch. It should be noted here that over the past year and a half my oily and problematic skin has changed radically, and although this is more likely the merit of my cosmetologist, Foreo probably played a role. Even if this is not the case, I am just soothed by his buzzing, which (I think) washes away all the urban mud, mixed with sins and sufferings. I heard that such devices can traumatize the skin, and, although I have not noticed anything like that, just in case I use the brush only in the evenings (after all, it takes a minute and a half, and in the morning they are harder to find).
If you do not trust me, I will inform you that Sky Ferreira has confessed to love Foreo, objectively one of the best and most beautiful people on earth. She rightly notes that the brush can also be used as a sex toy - and although in this case I support the division of labor, this is another reason to persuade myself to buy.
Braun face
In fact, the Braun's face brushes are not complete devices for cleansing, but simply attachments for epilators for the face. I don’t remember exactly which model my brush was mounted on, but the set looked very solid: a handle on which the epilator or brush clings, the brush and the epilator itself, a cosmetic bag, another brush to cleanse hair and a cool illuminated mirror. On the handle there is an element rotating in different directions, and a brush was attached to it. Here she looked not very: hairs thick, rigid, unpleasant, even if you drive them on your fingers, not to mention the face.
Typically, these brushes are not cleaned by clumsy rotation left-right, but due to some more vague technologies, like in Clarisonic, for example. But I did not have it then, so for a whole month I regularly drove it in the evening along with some kind of thermonuclear Korean foam. I am ready to argue that it was the merit of the foam, and not the brushes, but in a couple of weeks the face became much smoother. The magic, however, disappeared with the application of tone, but in those happy hours after washing before the morning make-up, I even seemed grateful to this brush. She, although she had scratched my face all these weeks, for this short period of time taught me not to miss evening cleansing under any pretext, so much so that she does not let go until now. All I have left of the brush is this crazy magnifying mirror from the set, which I always have at work, and I'm testing varnishes on it.
Pobling Sonic Pore Cleansing Brush
I have been using the Pobling Sonic Pore Cleansing Brush for a year and a half almost every day in the evenings. I wash any gel, I do not select a special one. It is inconvenient to wash off the soap and masks with it, therefore I use it exclusively when washing with a gel. My brush does not rotate, but only pulses pleasantly. I ordered it in China, and before I bought it, I squeezed Foreo LUNA and Clarisonic. The first seemed to me useless from the word in general (well, useless for $ 120), the second - somehow not sufficiently soft and large. I do not remember where I learned about the electric brushes, before that I washed my face with the usual hand brush. I read the reviews on irecommend.ru: I was bribed, the fact that people even washed the area around the eyes with it, it is so gentle.
To be honest, I live in a world where acne and pores depend on hormonal levels, so I bought a brush just to indulge because of laziness: the hand worn out and I thought that you could buy a mechanical one and make less body movements. The difference in the condition of the skin before and after I did not see. Too many factors that affect this besides the brush. Therefore, I believe that in a decent society "the brush saved my face" do not speak. I have been using it for so long for a number of reasons: first, it is beautiful. Secondly, the vibration is first and foremost a pleasant and, perhaps, a useful massage. It relaxes and adds one minute to think about the eternal in the shower. Thirdly, I once tested in the store either matte lipstick or eyeliner, and they remained on my hand. I decided to rub it with my usual washing gel, but (excuse me) the sweat didn't wash off until I rubbed it with a brush. I decided that even if the result is not visible with the naked eye, the chance that I wash my cleaner will increase. Therefore, I continue. After a year and a half, the brush looks the same as when it was purchased, it has not lost its shape and stiffness. Conclusion - not my most wasted money.
Philips Visapure
I have a Philips Visapure with a whole set of brushes: I once worked with Philips and before entering the Russian market I was bribed by a brush with an announced list of advantages, where there was cleansing, peeling, and massage. But I bought it myself - or rather, asked friends to give me a birthday present. When my job was to find out what women think women want or are afraid of, I found that women tend to exaggerate their problems. For example, to buy everything that is gentle, for sensitive skin, although in fact they are not at all sensitive to them. Such is the subconscious care about yourself. Knowing this, I thought that the quivering fairy was not my style, and immediately began using a brush for ordinary skin. Red spots made it clear that it’s better to start in mechanical means with a fluttering fairy. I switched to a softer brush for sensitive skin.
It is important that the brush should always be used with a means for washing, it softens friction. Experienced I discovered that it definitely should not be foams and gels - anything that deprives the skin of the lipid layer. The skin becomes more sensitive and the mechanical friction irritates it. For me, the ideal was hydrophilic oil. It is applied to dry skin, and then washed off with water. I didn’t wash it off immediately, but wetted the brush with hot water to soften it as much as possible, and then I cleaned my face with it. The oil softened very well, and I had no irritation. On my brush there is a useful function - the built-in timer. The brush stops working after a certain period of time, making it clear that it’s enough to rub one zone and it’s time to move on to the next one. This is for people like me, lovers to clean up to squeak. With the squeak of oil will not work in any case, and indeed less is better until you configure the system for yourself.
After the brush, I always rubbed my face with a soothing tonic - this is basically useful. For myself, I discovered Kiehl's calendula tonic, it's just a gift. He and gently relieves irritation, and the skin after it is very well-groomed, as if polished. And then I applied either a nourishing mask or a cream. The best result was with some kind of Chinese mask, which seemed to be water. It was then that I first saw my skin like that of Korean women, with a gentle, wet sheen. I used a peeling brush less often, because in principle it is already a peeling. And in general, in the end, I used only one brush. If without oil, she could clean it with some rough spots on the skin, and they smoothed out. But in principle, if you wash regularly, issues with superficial peeling should not arise. I washed the brush only in the evening, about a day. But this is not because the ideal mode, but just laziness was sometimes bother. What Philips I liked more - it's a long handle. It is both habitual and more convenient than an object that fits in your palm.
