Pleathure founder Natalie Lutrovnik's healthy habits
IN RUBRIC "LIFESTYLE" we ask different people about healthy lifestyles with a human face: we talk about the importance of taking care of yourself and pleasant ways to make life more comfortable. The heroine of the new release is Natalie Lutrovnik, founder of the Pleathure backpacks brand.
Wellbeing - This is a positive charge of energy, which I convert into a creative realization; This is an inspiration for ideas and cool people who help me to go forward.
My day begins with a rise at six in the morning: I wake my son, we have breakfast and go to school. After that, I go to a coffee shop, where I drink coffee and deal with letters in peace and quiet.
Beginning of the perfect day - It is sweet sleep and go to the sea in Tel Aviv with a cup of coffee.
I love yoga. Hatha yoga gives me a chance to breathe and pacify the confusion in my thoughts. I would like to go in for sports regularly, but as long as it’s hard for me, I constantly shirk and find a lot of reasons not to do it. In fact, I am running from a system that will lead me to a better form. I am trying to fight with myself and I am already seeing success.
I learned to love and forgive myself, it is necessary. It is important to love yourself and sometimes give yourself some relief, but at the same time every day try to do a little or even much more than yesterday. I scold myself only when I realize that I have been slow with something.
Recently, I have a very busy schedule.I'm hostage to snacking, and this is not very good. I plan to start eating right soon. In general, I do not limit myself to anything and cook to the best of my mood - sometimes I can get confused and make such a complicated dish with overseas sauce.
I really like wine, and this is the most difficult thing in diets or dietary rules, where it is necessary to limit or completely eliminate alcohol. I pretend that it is not wine, but water.
I sleep quite sensitively, but earplugs help, I discovered them a year ago, thanks to the advice of a friend. They are great help, but I still wake up myself forty minutes, or even an hour before the alarm. Getting enough sleep is important when it turns out, I have more energy and the working day is productive.
I have friends I trust, and thanks to their recommendations, I always carry with me a bottle of water, which I am obliged to drink during the day — two whole liters.
The most useful advice which I received: to overcome myself every time. It is difficult, but possible.
Age - this is an experience, I am glad that I take it philosophically. I am often told that I am much older than my years, and I myself think so.
My son Maxim is seven years old; I try to teach him to eat the right food, a salad every day is a must, although there are also chips a couple of times a month. Sometimes we train together, but more often my workouts take place while he is at school. Max also swims, thanks to his dad for instilling a love for the sport.
I want my son to knowthat he always has a choice in everything, that he is a strong personality and can stand up for himself and his happiness. I try not to live by patterns and not to support stereotypes like “boys don't cry”: if he feels bad or sad, he can always rest on my shoulder, this is important. Mom and Dad are his friends and support.
My favorite means to unload the psyche - It is a glass of wine in the evening with a book or movie in the company of a loved one or friends, but still I prefer to recuperate alone and contemplate. I walk, preferably one. Another ritual of mine is Starbucks every morning after I took my son to school. I have a friend there, a barista, with whom we exchange greetings every morning and chat about art. She, by the way, gets up at four in the morning.
