The author of the blog of the same name Melissa Hai says that she did not immediately become an avid traveler: she set off just in 2009. Then she finished her studies and moved to Singapore. In 2013, she traveled to Europe for the first time alone. “I didn’t want to ask strangers to photograph me and I don’t really like selfies, but I always eat on trips, so I took pictures of food near all the sights I visited,” she says.
