My favorite days - that start with a shoot or a photo shoot. You arrive touching and sleepy, and after half an hour, such a predator looks at you in the mirror. The last great passion was color mascara. I already have three, and it seems that in the near future I will not stop. It is ridiculous that it is rarely visible to others, but you know that you are slightly different today. In the theater, this is called the hidden factor.

About losing weight

The most striking experiment with appearance - and in general the beginning of the relationship between internal and external - is a weight loss of 20 kilograms. And this is a very funny story. We lie with my dad on the couch, singing "A-Studio" at the First, the discussion begins, how much the lead singer lost weight from her arrival in Moscow. Excess weight was a painful topic, and I immediately began to justify myself through the criticism of the girl, they say, she gets paid to look cool, if I were paid for it, I would also be a slender beauty. Dad immediately offered to bet the money that I should lose 10 kilograms before the end of the summer. The call has been accepted.

It turned out, by the way, much nicer than I thought. I am not one of those people who, for the sake of appearances, can stop eating or just turn myself inside out. I changed the diet and at the same time I started to do Pilates individually twice a week. First, six kilograms left, the other four went gradually. Then within two years, another ten were gone, which was not the goal, the power supply and load system just changed. One of the main problems for me has always been an allergy. With the change of lifestyle, she began to retreat, food remained only for dairy products, citrus, red wine. I did not learn to cope only with nervous allergies, because, unfortunately, stress is sometimes stronger than me.

After a dramatic change, you begin to listen more to the body. I began to notice that I was not well from carbonated drinks, junk, without loads. In this, of course, mother, who always played sports, ate healthy food and tried to instill healthy habits, helped me a lot. The dispute became a reason to start a change in relation to itself. After that summer, I met new people who infected me with surfing. We spent almost a whole year every weekend riding an artificial wave in the Moscow region, which ended with a summer trip to Bali. Shortly before, I learned to ride a bike and began to spend summer evenings with him on embankments and in parks. I loved to walk on foot. But I loved myself much later.

About work

To love myself and look the way I like, I began when I started doing what I loved. You can not hate your work and every morning get up without mood, pumping yourself coffee to get to the place, and at the same time look cool, no matter how much rouge and concealer you may have. This theory was also proved by my friends. Of course, social networks and the people around you have a great influence on self-esteem. Many say that social networks interfere, and for me instagram is generally one of the main assistants and motivators. First, when I see that people are cool and good, I think: oh, that means I can have an exhibition, a journey or a lively party.
