Feel good For me it means to be in a high, cheerful mood when you believe that everything is possible. This is reported by dopamine and adrenaline, my sources are physical activity, creative excitement, a surge of workaholism, sex, wine, caffeine.

Sometimes a surge of strength does not occur.: you are sadly sitting in a corner and do not know how to cope with everything that has fallen down. In such cases, the gym will help.

I start the day with coffee or strong black tea. My grandmother and dad are caffeinated: not the best addiction, but you can live.

I regularly go in for sports. The traditional combination is cardio load (in big headphones and Run The Jewels tracks in them) plus work with weights, mostly free. In addition, stretching, sometimes running and yoga.

If I miss a week of classes in the hall, I am overcome with horror and depression creeps, the body aches, I want to grumble and resent. A minus of loads is that they cause dependence. On the other hand, it is far from the most problematic.

I have the best coach in the world: the strongest and most beautiful woman whom I do not get tired to admire. Always run to the gym happy as a puppy.

I don't like team sports and group classes in the hall. I am too big an introvert.

Fortunately for my bodyI in every possible way avoid appearances and invent a million reasons for this.

On travel it is important not to eat from stress five bars of chocolate at a time. The point is not in the figure, but in the fact that the stomach begins to break apart, and the mood deteriorates.

When I have little timeI eat nuts, eggs or yogurt. Ideally - chicken breast or fish, cooked in advance and waiting in the wings.

Before the conclusion, I ate very ascetic: mostly rice and maybe cheese. After the prison gruel, I began to appreciate the taste of food.

I eat sashimi in food - and that many, many wasabi.

The less you eat sugar, the less you want it.Why a modern person consumes so much sugar is absolutely incomprehensible. Somehow I tried not to eat it at all, I even excluded fruit (vegetables remained). When, after three weeks of experiment, I ate a green apple, I had a heartbeat and a burst of energy, as if I had just consumed all the psychostimulants of the world.

I TRUST DOCTORS ELECTORALLY.Regular routine inspections are probably a good idea, but there is no time and energy for them at all.

In stressful situations, I think that people, in general, went through more difficult life circumstances, and stop feeling sorry for themselves. In addition, self-analysis helps me.

MY BODY LOVES ME, AND I LOVE MY BODY.We are one. It is very important not to draw boundaries between yourself and your body. Having spent all my childhood behind books and having studied at the Faculty of Philosophy, I naturally grew up as an idealist. It took a lot of work to understand that the Western separation between consciousness and matter will not bring to good.
