Fatty Librederm Cream with Vitamin F

Tatyana Nikonova

I have a so-called goose-skin on my arms and legs, this is follicular hyperkeratosis. He is not treated, and in fact there is nothing to heal, because the maximum inconvenience that he brings is dryness and itching. At one time I was bothering with different means to smooth the skin and dissolve the cusps, but it did not really help. I'm tired, and I stopped. Now I’m just smearing some kind of cream, but various natural oils like coconut don't work at all. In the last

time I use the Cetaphil Restoraderm series: shower gel and body lotion. It is better to apply the lotion on a slightly moist skin, otherwise it is difficult to smear on it.

And even before that, I had suffered very much from dry skin on my shins, but it went away as soon as I stopped shaving my legs. The skin became soft and smooth again, the itch was zero - I think it had been traumatized by constant shaving before. But I remove the hair under the arms, but there is usually no irritation. After shaving, I use antiperspirant in stick from some male line: I don’t like floral smells “female”, and still “male” for some reason they don’t end longer, although the price is the same. For hands and feet, the best remedy is fat cream Librederm with vitamin F. It is inexpensive, and I have a suspicion that thanks to the price you smear without sparing, so he acts as it should.

Rich Body Cream Dr. Jart + Ceramidin Body Butter

Diana Abdullina

art history student

Recently, the main trend in my care is oversimplification. I always liked to care for my face more: the surface is smaller, the choice of cans is much wider, there is a place for maneuver and experiments. Therefore, I reduced body care to a minimum. The first and most important secret - no shower gels, only means for intimate hygiene. With daily water procedures, the skin of the body does not need additional cleansing, and the gels wash off the hydrolipidic film, which makes the next stage of care - creams,

who will restore it. If you exclude shower gels, then you can apply the cream only on dry areas of the body, I have this leg and foot.

The latest favorite among body products is Butter Dr. Jart + from the Ceramidin line: it is a rich cream with shea butter and ceramides, which is absorbed quickly, does not leave behind a slippery film, but perfectly moisturizes and hardly smells. If you apply it only on the feet, enough for almost a year. My permanent stop cream is L'Occitane with the same shea butter, simple and very nutritious. At night you can apply it with a thicker layer and put on cotton socks, then in the morning the skin on the legs will be very smooth. My favorite hand cream makes brand Retinol. The cream is absolutely incredible: not only moisturizes and nourishes the skin of the hands, but also forms a protective film. During my home manicure, I sometimes wear Korean masks and gloves — I don’t see much of them, but the procedure is pleasant.

I recently moved, and for the first time in my life I had a bath - now I do not deny myself the pleasure of once a week or two to lie in it with a glass of cold cremant. I add Thalgo Indoceane Precious Milk Bath moisturizing tablets to the bath, smelling like toffee, powder and frankincense, or bath foam with exceptionally decorative properties - to make wigs out of it and to blow snow from my palms.

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Mains hand cream barrier

My winter care is a little different from summer. In all seasons, I like to get into the shower at least three times a day, but I do not use body creams much. I have a cat, so every time I smear something, after a minute I become completely fur. Where this wool comes from is unknown. But I love scrubs and always fanatically use hand cream, otherwise they turn into one big bloody crack. I use both pharmacy creams (La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Mains - van lav), and store creams, and those that I find in small Russian

stamps. The last such favorite is hemp balsam 1753, which smells of frenzy, nourishes and does not stick to the hands of my entire cat.

But the main thing that I do for my body during the cold months is to go to the bathhouse. This is a terribly meditative exercise: after two or three hours of walking in a circle "steam room - ice font - pool", you walk out onto the street as hot as stuffed cakes from the oven, and a little bit enlightened. The general category in general works like a live broadcast from female ritual practices: where else in the middle of Moscow will you be doused with water, wanting unearthly beauty, good suitors, good health and life to one hundred years - and so that the whole hundred would ride like a mountain goat?

Reusable Lush Bath Foam

Most of all I like to take a bath - once a week or two, if I have time, I sit there until blue in the face, for three hours already. I throw bombs or foams into the bath. Lush: usually my husband gives me a big box for Christmas and I have enough just until next Christmas. Manic buying up bodyter The Body Shop, especially on sales, but the problem is that I am too lazy to use them. I am smeared somewhere once a week, when it is all dry, my favorite is from the limited line Vanilla Pumpkin. He smells so much that I want to take him to my favorite cafe and ask him to make

ice cream with this flavor. But I love body scrubs: I have five or six pieces (also The Body Shop) and I alternate them in mood. I especially respect the oily ones: the skin after them is like an infant ass and no cream is needed. I use it about once a week, usually after playing tennis for a long time. But what I’m never too lazy to do is to apply hand and foot creams: I always use The Body Shop Almond Hand & Nail Butter and their mint foot cream before going to bed.

Dove Nourishing Shower Oil

For some time now I have been trying to perceive the body not as an annoying cell for my mighty spirit, but as an important part of myself and try to love it. Body care is for me in a large-scale program to develop this love. In addition, among my input data, dry skin and a love for a scalding hot soul several times a day, so there are objective indicators for thoughtful care. I like to alternate classic shower gels with oils (Dove and Yves Rocher have good ones) and try to use body cream

every day - it does not always turn out all the same, but I immediately see the effect, if I am not lazy and do not miss it. I have several means of varying degrees of density in the rotation - I select them according to my mood and needs, and I don’t get bored.

The best thing I've done for my body over the past few years is to put on scrubs in regular care. Since I began to use them weekly, the quality of the skin has improved significantly: it has become very soft and has ceased to peel off. The means by which I learned this is Clarins Tonic Body Polisher, this is a brilliant and still my favorite scrub, after which the skin becomes as smooth as marble. Most of all I love oil scrubs - Caudalie has great, Planeta Organica, and Thalgo.

Finally, every day I use a dense hand cream: I have eczema since childhood, which I suppress with varying success. The best for me are the hemp The Body Shop, La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Mains, Retinol and L'Occitane. When everything is very bad and my hands turn into paws, I take CeraVe or Noreva for atopic from the shelf: they heal well. I generously smear them and wake up already with human hands.
