About dermatitis
I have a combination skin, oily in the T-zone and dry in the cheeks and cheekbones. So dry that it sometimes flakes off. As a child I suffered from terrible dermatitis and eczema. My parents took me to military hospitals, their hands were constantly in bandages, they were removed from their fingers at home with the help of potassium permanganate. At school, classmates asked: "What do you have with your hands?" I was justified: I do not eat a lot of sweets, I have no allergies, it is not contagious.
Today, I do not have eczema, but echoes of dermatitis periodically make themselves felt. Changes in eating behavior or stress - and again irritation, dryness and damage to the skin of the hands. Many people believe that stress is such a flirtatious indisposition that quickly passes after a vacation or an active weekend. In fact, a stressful state is a complex defensive reaction of the body that you cannot cope with in one sitting. Doctors like to ask a sacred question: "Have you been nervous lately?" What is really there lately - stress is almost always with me. So my other constant companion is pharmacy ointment. I use it before bedtime - sometimes even as a lip balm during periods of severe vitamin deficiency. For several hours to cope with any difficulties. But only if they are of a skin nature!
About hair care
I will not dissemble, I have thick hair by nature. Their only downside is a cool tangle on the back of my head. For this, I even have a special word - koltun. The koltun on the back of the head fell — well, everything. It is very difficult to comb. And oh, how I don’t like to comb: this is a difficult process, even painful. When I come to the salon for a haircut, I say to the master: "I am very sorry for you! Now it will not be easy."
Hair care consists of three stages: shampoo, conditioner, coconut oil. For washing the scalp, I have Korean shampoo with acids - it has the same pH level as air conditioners. This tool helps me to comb my hair easily (even on the back of my head, in the most dangerous area) and to maintain the lamination effect. After washing, I go through the strands with my hands to separate and comb, and then take up the comb. In the weekly care I use three: medium hardness massage, silicone comb and brushing for basal volume.
About decorative cosmetics
Suppose I am in the photo only in a black leather jacket, in fact, I love bright clothes and cosmetics. Coral Mules or Birkenstocks with Embroidery? Yes. Golden cape and fuchsia culottes? By itself. My appearance strongly depends on my mood. I can spend an hour on fees, because I feel uncomfortable in the fact that I donned, and until I “feel for” the right combination - I will not leave the house.
Now I have a period of calm - I wear calm shades in clothes and cosmetics. Beige, mint cream, pung, somon. Every day I use a small basic set: eyebrow shadows, face tone, light blush, lip balm. Sometimes I supplement it with beige eye shadows or nude lipstick. In general, in my arsenal there are lipsticks of various colors. In the summer I love the dazzling MAC fuchsia, in the winter - the dark cherry Bobbi Brown. Recently, I use them more often as a tint: I apply a patting motion and use my fingers to distribute the color in order to achieve the effect of “kissed lips”.
In London, I went to the The Ordinary Corner and tried their concealer. So far this is better than what I used (I tested Lancôme, Chanel, NYX, MAC, Bobbi Brown and a number of brands from the mass market). It has a light texture, it does not weigh heavily on your face - but it perfectly mats, does not roll, disguises pores and holds steadfastly, like a tin soldier. And as an experiment, I bought the stars of the Arab world beauty Hoods Kattan in Harrods. For my taste, it is still more suitable for sculpting, which I do not sin. Sometimes I put it in my mood, in matters of camouflaging pores, he holds primacy.
I have a separate story for eyebrows: shadows, mascara and tint. Sometimes, in the mood for correction and coloring of my favorite wizard in Shelly. The rest of the time I sometimes paint a budget tint Holika Holika. Shadows and mascara are always in the bag: I often do my makeup while running. I can go on the escalator or in a taxi and paint eyebrows, because I did not have time to do it at home.
About sport and care
Twice a week I go to the gym: twenty minutes of cardio and an hour of strength or interval training. After class I use antibacterial soap - it cleans the skin well after active sweating.
In home care I use basic shower gels with jojoba oil, with extracts of calendula and chamomile. I like to take a bath. This is a place of calm, happy pastime, reading books and applying Korean cloth masks. I start and finish the day bathroom. At least ten to fifteen minutes. True, in the morning I often fall asleep in it. My basic care is as follows: cleansing with micellar water, washing with gel and brush, balancing tonic and cream. Once a week I use the Origins volcanic mask.
I travel often. On the road I take micellar and hyaluronic water: the first delicately cleanses, the second moisturizes and nourishes the skin in any climate. I discovered its versatility in Bali, the skin in this climate also needs nourishment and hydration.
