We have collected ten life hacking, which will help to get out of hibernation, it is better to organize weekdays and be inspired by the new.

Make the wake comfortable

If you are one of those lucky ones who do not have to use an alarm clock, then the longer the day becomes, the sooner you will wake up - well, everything is set. If office life requires getting up earlier than we would like, it is worth trying a light alarm. About half an hour before the set time, the brightness of the lamp will gradually begin to increase, imitating the dawn. It has been proven that light alarm clocks have a beneficial effect on the levels of important hormones (cortisol and melatonin) and are even effective in seasonal depressive disorders.

Think of the New Year promises

It would seem that the year has just begun, but two months behind. It's time to look at the list of promises to yourself and begin to fulfill our plans. According to statistics, only 9% of people achieve goals set at the beginning of the year. It is not their perseverance or discipline that matters, but the fact that they set clear, achievable and clearly stated goals, and they carefully plan the process. If you didn’t make up the task list for the new year, or if he dislikes you, nothing prevents you from updating it - and working on them in the remaining ten months.

Buy vegetables on the market

The market is much more likely than in a supermarket to buy local vegetables and fruits. They are tastier, healthier (due to the lack of preservatives, for example, in the form of a wax coating) and often cheaper. Of course, it will not be possible to replace with local produce exotic fruits that we do not grow at any time of the year, but you can try adding seasonal vegetables to your diet. For central Russia in the spring it is rhubarb, sorrel, watercress and asparagus. Rosemary, parsley or mint can be grown even on the windowsill.

Plan your vacation

Even if right now you do not have the opportunity to fly to where it is warm, the very fact of the availability of tickets and hotel reservation warms and improves your mood. Until the summer, three more months, and you can manage to buy tickets not at inflated prices, plan the route and set aside the necessary amount, without incurring debts. If you suffer from seasonal allergies, do not tolerate the August heat in the city or regularly fall into depression in November, it makes sense to distribute the days of vacation for these periods and think about exactly where you would like to go.

Disassemble the wardrobe

It's time to change your winter clothes to light ones. Pass the down jackets and cashmere sweaters to dry cleaning, and then put them in vacuum bags, containers or suitcases. Carefully pack your boots and warm boots, fold the gloves and caps so that they are easy to find in the fall. Sorting things out for the new season, you can clean up the closet to get rid of too much, for example, giving something to the needy. It remains to understand what is missing in the wardrobe, especially if it is important for you to keep up with the trends, and go on thoughtful shopping.

Refresh apartment design

It is not necessary to make a serious rearrangement or to buy new curtains: replace the photo in the frame with the recent ones, swap the sofa cushions in places, screw the light bulbs waiting in the вынес hour and bring out the Christmas tree at last. Fresh tulips on the coffee table will surely create a spring mood, and the process of harvesting will once again be able to move and distract from current problems.

Get organized on your desktop

Winter is a test for hair: they are affected by a sudden change in temperature between the frosty street and the heated apartment, and the dryness of the air heated by the batteries. After the cold season, they can be dry, dull and brittle. It's time to do hair: buy a good mask and an indelible conditioner, ask the master to choose a gentle paint. New haircut, not even the most radical, will help get rid of split ends and update the image.

Let your eyes rest

We spend more and more time looking at the screens of computers, tablets and phones. Constant online communication is not only tiring on the eyes, but can also lead to problems with the neck. Try walking along the street at lunchtime, leaving your phone in the office. Go to audiobooks when traveling on the subway and teach yourself not to take any gadgets into bed except a reader; ophthalmologists agree that the electronic ink system (eInk) does not harm vision, because it imitates the pages of a paper book.

Although the desire to learn something new out of habit usually appears in September, interesting courses are available all year round. On all the well-known Coursera site one can find many university programs in a wide variety of specialties. Lynda project differs from Coursera in that classes do not require teamwork and are available at any time, that is, you can not worry about the deadline.
