Harry Potter fans test: find out who your Patronus is
The official site for fans of the Harry Potter Adventures saga Pottermore has a stunningly beautiful animated quiz that will help determine once and for all who your Patronus is.
Maglam is reminded that the Patronus is a magical essence that can be summoned using the Expecto Patronum spell. The patronus looks like a cloud of silver smoke or takes the form of a real or fantastic animal, Harry himself had a deer, and Hermione had an otter. This entity can protect the wizard from the effects of magic and unfriendly creatures, such as Dementors. Albus Dumbledore and other members of the Order of the Phoenix learned how to use Patronus not only for protection, but also to send short messages with them.
To take the test, you have to go through a simple registration procedure at Pottermore. At the very beginning, you are asked to recall the happiest moments of your life - without strong bright memories, you cannot call Patronus. Then you travel through the dark Forbidden Forest, flying between the trees and answering the test questions - each time you are asked to choose from the list one word that is closest to you. At the end, your Patronus appears: the editors of Wonderzine got a swallow, a basset hound, a cat, a hawk, and a mouse vole.
The test was tested by JK Rowling herself: it turned out that her Patronus is a crane, and not a marten, as she considered two years ago. Some lucky people get mythical beasts: Rowling wrote on her twitter that among the Patronuses there are unicorns, hippogriffs and bats - two-legged and winged creatures with a snake-like body, described in the book “Fantastic Beasts and Where They Live”.
