About the passion for cosmetics and favorite bloggers
My dad worked in the field of beauty, and my mother - Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences. It just so happened that since childhood I learned from the father about the pyramid of fragrances and the latest perfumery and cosmetic launches, and thanks to my mother I began to somehow understand the composition of care products. From my mother, I learned the main beauty commandment: "It is easier to prevent than to fix." Therefore, I do not skimp on evening makeup and try to apply tonic-serum-cream, even if I am very tired or in a hurry.
I follow about fifty beauty blogs, mostly British. They are somehow closer to me - they don’t hesitate to show an extra fold in a bathing suit and tell a pimple on my forehead. I am familiar with several of them, quite charming, especially my namesake from the ViviannaDoesMakeup blog. American women are not very fond of, they are all very similar: white teeth, tanned and "oh my god it's amazing" about each tool. The only exception is Tati GlamLifeGuru Westbrook, I highly recommend it. But for the Russian almost do not watch. Every day I try to view updates in the accounts of bloggers, plus social networks of glossy beauty editors. It helps me to keep abreast of all the news from the world of beauty. It's nice when your favorite hobby is also your job.
About hair
I have been fanatically taking care of my hair since childhood. It used to be a golden blonde, then darkened and became light brown. I never dyed my hair, and I will not - only when it comes time to paint over gray hair. In the summer I try not to use a hairdryer, in the winter I get up an hour earlier so that my hair can dry before I start to dry it. In addition to all sorts of nourishing masks, I drink vitamins for hair - it used to be Inneov, but now their laboratory has been closed, and we need to look for a replacement. It seems to me that hair is a person’s business card. I always pay attention to them and really appreciate if they are in good condition and well maintained.
Pro makeup
I had a period when 144 lipsticks lay in my closet. And everyone was bought with their own money, now I sometimes get cosmetics as a PR mailing list. But then common sense took its toll, and I distributed a hundred to my girlfriends. Now it has become my habit: once every few months I rake out half of my beauty wardrobe and distribute to my friends. Raking out mercilessly - why be greedy and wither over the Naked, Urban Decay palette, if someone would like to use it? With the move to London, I distributed almost everything altogether, but it helped me to understand which things really are my favorites.
I love to be beautiful, but I do it for myself. If I want to go for bread with golden shadows, I will go. At the same time I am not a supporter of heavy makeup. All this contouring, baking, dripping and other kimkardashyanning - I think this is unnecessary. I watch a video of some Gohar Avetisyan, where she makes girls "artificial faces", and I wonder. I learned to paint by the books of Kevin Ougan and Bobby Brown, now I still love Lisa Eldridge, she does very feminine makeup. But to each his own, I can imagine how someone does not understand how you can not sculpture a face, for example. This is the beauty of makeup - everyone does only what he wants and what is comfortable for him personally.
About sport
Until two years ago I had an operation on my eyes, I had very poor eyesight. Therefore, I could never go in for sports. But last September I decided that this was no longer possible, and I started classes with a coach. By trekking sports I do not treat as a heavy duty, but on the contrary, I observe with interest what my body is still capable of. I like to get stronger.
I've never sat on diets - I'm a hereditary hedonist, all in mom and dad. It seems to me that the main thing is to love yourself and your body; this is better than any diet. For example, I really love myself, so I will not drink cola or eat chips. I know this will harm my body. In adolescence, all the time it seemed to me that my cheeks were big, my hands were not so, something else. Now everything has somehow changed, I want to go back and say to myself: "Fool, well, look at yourself, you are beautiful." I really want all the girls who are now unhappy about something in themselves, look in the mirror and see how really beautiful they are.
