The French brand Céline has released a raincoat with a map of Kirov and the administrative center of the West Kazakhstan region of Uralsk - it is made of 100% silk and costs 2,900 euros (about 200 thousand rubles). What determines the choice of creative director Phoebe Failo - is unknown, but we are already predicting a cloak mark "sold out".
