Few designers interpret the Russian theme gracefully. Sasha Vider succeeded, moreover in the first independent collection: she comes up with voluminous dresses and coats that, in a cut, resemble a hearty dress and a sundress. At first glance, the clothes may seem too smart, but, as the designer says, she sewed them for herself and is not afraid of extravagance. Weider tries to sew things from natural fabrics, such as cotton and silk organza, the only exception is a varnish pencil skirt, which is hardly comfortable to wear.
The girl did not dream of becoming a fashion designer, but, having not decided on her future profession, she entered the college of light industry, and then the Moscow Art and Industry Institute. “The Moscow Art and Art Institute is competently suited to fashion education: every semester there are mandatory student work shows, there are lecture courses for people from the industry. At a good level, they are prepared from the technical side: it’s the design and technology for making clothes. "- tells us the girl. During her studies, she managed to work on two projects, and this year she graduated from the institute and showed her thesis collection. With her, the girl launches her own brand: she studied applied marketing along with fashion history.
Before launching my brand, I worked on two projects. The first one was successful, but I left: we worked as a duet with another designer, but the human factor worked - it happens. And recently I was offered a serious matter - launching a brand with two lines. In creative work there is complete freedom, and the financing is huge, but the brand is not under mine, but under a false name. I quickly got involved in the business - I developed DNA and a collection, negotiated with suppliers and factories, went on business trips. But the investor played enough in high fashion and went out of business, and I returned to study at the institute with a huge store of knowledge and experience. For a young designer, it is important to understand that fashion is an industry: you need to properly balance the creative and commercial aspects. For me, the era of the new — intellectual — femininity has come into fashion, and sexuality no longer requires bare breasts or bare legs. My heroine is from a new era. For her, the concept of "style" is more important than "fashion".
