How we will look in old age

Age - one of the topics that (sorry) will never become obsolete, and, which is gratifying, aging is increasingly spoken in full voice. In American Horror Story, all characters are “stolen by a show.” 64-year-old beauty Jessica Lange, Belgian designer Bernhard Willhelm produces bows of bold clothing on even bolder models of age, and Iris Apfel and Carmen Dell'Orefis distress advice to the young. Another item in this series is the photo series "Our Generation", which was made by a young photographer from Peru and a fan of Mario Testino Day Ling Power. We asked her what she wanted to say with this series.

In the series “Our Generation,” I shot elderly people from a German nursing home in Ludwigshafen. I wanted to show the spirit of modern youth and therefore decided to work with older people to show a greater contrast between the generations. I looked at albums with photos from my aunt's youth and tried to imagine: what was it like to be a teenager in the 60s? Then I realized that I would never be able to sense that time and understand the mindset of my aunt. The 60s were the time of her youth. And I asked myself: how will the future generation see us?

I do not see a problem in that the older generation is trying to look younger: you can be anyone and dress like you want. It is important to remain pleasant for people and not to be indifferent. It seems to me that now the main problem of the majority is indifference.
