About care
The most important thing in care is to understand what you need and find it. It’s a mystery to me why someone buys jars just like that when he sees a beautiful name and doesn’t ask what is inside. It seems to me that the first question to ask is: what does my skin need? Then examine what experts write based on the evidence base. Of course, if the skin is sensitive and reactive, it is better not to invent anything and consult a dermatologist. And if a person behaves well, then you can come up with the most comfortable ways of care, not forgetting to follow the lifestyle, habits and nutrition. My main source of information on the subject right now is Adel Miftakhova’s blog; Thanks to her for a sound scientific approach.
Actually, I was lucky: from an incredibly beautiful mother I got a wonderful skin. There have never been any particular problems with it, only the fat T-zone and dark circles under the eyes are concerned. By the age of twenty-six, I had learned to minimize and prevent both. The scheme by which care is built is as old as the world: cleansing - toning - moisturizing. In winter, or as needed, add serum or booster between toning and moistening. I try to use sanskrin all year round, but I do it regularly only in summer. I apply highly effective agents a couple of times a week, for example, with acids or concentrated vitamin C. I have done a course of mesotherapy several times, but I haven’t seen any special effect. I hope that in old age the skin will remember that at twenty-five I fed and moisturized it as best I could. Again, I trust in the genes: at forty-six, my mother looks like she once fell into a barrel with the elixir of youth.
About make-up
I know how to paint and I love: already at school I understood what makeup I was going to and what not. The concept is the same as in care: understand what is yours and learn how to do it well. For example, I know that the arrows do not suit me, although they can really like someone else. My daily makeup is not too original: concealer and tone when I wake up earlier than ten minutes before the start of the working day. I was lucky with eyebrows, so I simply apply wax on them with a brush. I am a fan of natural-looking eyelashes that can not be painted with mascara. The final stage is blush, a bit of highlighter and balm or lip gloss.
Fun fact: recently I watched the vlog about make-up, led by Natasha Ionova, she is the singer Glukoza. I really liked her approach. She is not a professional make-up artist, but she tells about everything contagiously - this is closer to me than the video of Elena Krygina or Lisa Eldridge. It seemed to me that she advises the funds from the heart, and not under the contract - I could be wrong, of course, but I want to believe. Played the role and the fact that we have the same tastes in makeup.
About the speed of life and sports
I am a very fast person, doing a million things at the same time: at home, at work, anywhere else. Once a colleague even called me "swift Ale." I can do as much per day as the average person will rake a week. In principle, if I did not know how, I would hardly have survived in legal consulting. But no matter how many projects on me, I always find time for sports and myself. In general, I recommend occasionally sending even the coolest work for the sake of health.
I do sports regularly. I love to run in the summer: I did it at school, though, then I did not think that there is a whole system. About two years ago, my friend from I Love Running showed exercises and warm-ups and taught me to run correctly, and not just to rush at a strange speed and technique. I also participate in all races of the Moscow Marathon - I advise them to everyone, the atmosphere there is inspiring. When it gets cold, I go to the pool, to cycling and step aerobics - it sounds like I live in a gym, in fact, no. I go in for sports in winter, I can go for a week every day, and then forget about it for a month. Sometimes I get to yoga, but for this you need a special mood. You can just stretch yourself at home, and for me, yoga is about spirituality and awareness.
About fragrances
Spirits for me are emotions and memories. Nothing awakens them with such force, even music. If you hear Nina Ricci Love in Paris on the street, it’s like you're in eighth grade on some math. Hear on someone the scent of a beloved man - and everything, as if you are near
At some point, I was sick of the aromas from the mass market. I began to study the very different perfumes and learned this: to choose perfumes with which you will be happy to live long, is an impossible task. It is a pity that many flavors do not immediately listen: the sensitivity of smell is gradually lost. It often happens that the smell, which they like right away, then opens up quite differently and disappoints - and vice versa. In addition to my perfumes that hover in the picture below, I really like Byredo Bal d'Afrique, Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540 and Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt.
