The printed guide to Kaliningrad from the show Gosha Rubchinsky

TELLING about beautiful, functional or strange things that you want to buy immediately.

We have already written about InRussia - a new English-language media about Russian culture. From the very beginning, they planned to engage in print media as well - the first result was a small photo-guide for Kaliningrad, which was issued with 777 copies. The project was coined specifically for the show of Gosha Rubchinsky, which took place on January 12 in the building of the former Koenigsberg Stock Exchange. The designer team was looking primarily for a German building, to once again emphasize the connection with adidas, whose collaboration was announced on it. Meanwhile, in the longlist there were about ten other places - it is about them that is told in the book. Together with InRussia, graphic designer Arseny Kazimirov from the team of Rubchinsky and Sasha Mademoiselle and Seryozha Kostromin worked on the guide, who were responsible for the venue. According to the publisher of the project Shahri Amirkhanova, the guide turned out to be more emotional than applied.

Kirill Glushchenko was chosen as the photographer of the book: "We invited Kirill, firstly, because everyone who participated in the preparation of the book likes his work, and secondly, because he was born in Kaliningrad, he feels and understands this city. Very organic and natural interaction, so I think the book turned out to be so whole and alive. " You can try your luck and get the book thanks to the competition, which will be held in the public of the publication in "VKontakte", as well as purchased in the store "Kuznetsky Most 20" - the price can be specified on request. This collaboration of the designer and InRussia does not end there: in a short time, you will be able to see a film dedicated to the three guys-models who participated in the show.
