FOR RUBBER "WARDROBE" we take pictures of beautiful, original or strangely dressed people in their favorite things and ask them to tell related stories. This week, our heroine is the director of the Bang Bang Education online school, Katya Bratkova.

I think my style began to take shape thanks to mom. She always loved to dress up, sewed and knitted, so all of her, and subsequently my ideas could bring to life. Maybe because I grew up in the North, and maybe just because of temperament, I loved discreet colors (gray, blue, white, black) and simple forms: emphasized feminine, pink, elegant and conventionally cute - this is not for me. As a teenager, she drew inspiration from the magazines "Ptyuch", "OM" and on MTV and preferred the androgynous style. The choice in the province was small, so I had to sew the clothes myself or ask my mother. So, she made me a fashionable padded jacket at the time, and I got earflaps, heavy shoes and sewed a bag that was hanging somewhere around my knees. It looked, as it seemed to me, terribly fashionable - but the residents of the city, most likely, took me for a fisherman.

There was a period when I was fond of vintage, and then - modern Scandinavian brands. I bought a lot at Twins Shop before it closed, I miss it a lot. Now, after the fall of the ruble, most often I go to Uniqlo - this is really my shop. I love their collaborations and basic knitwear, although, I confess, I would prefer not to meet my friends in the same raincoat as mine. Of course, I respect small brands with high-quality materials, but now I can afford something except on sales: Hope, YMC, APC, Samuji, Norse Projects. I spend little time on shopping: after the appearance of the child, my whole fuse goes to the search for children's things. I buy clothes for myself either urgently or spontaneously. It happens, I want to pamper myself, so I got a dress Nina Donis - took it from the first salary in Bang Bang Education. I still like flea markets, I do not disdain second-hand, I can buy a thing from my hands. As it turned out after this shooting, they often give me clothes or give her friends.

In recent years, my style has definitely changed in the direction of comfort, no heels and narrow skirts for every day. Everything should be quickly put on: in the morning I gather for ten to twenty minutes, taking into account the makeup, and rarely can I dress up for half an hour or an hour, as before. From the shoes after pregnancy I wear something comfortable: Birkenstocks, sneakers and "Blandstone"; heels - only on a special occasion. I wear neutral combinations in clothes, I want to attract attention to myself less and less. My wardrobe can hardly be called balanced, for example, I still do not have a “decent” bag (I walk with backpacks), a coat or a little black dress. Most likely, if these things come to me, then by chance. In general, everything is constantly changing: I used to hate long skirts and jackets, but now I am happy to wear both. So I try not to set myself a frame - not only in the wardrobe, but also in life.

Most of the basic things I have are from Uniqlo; This T-shirt is liked by color. Suede skirt for many years hung in the closet, and now I wear it again. Sneakers were released in small quantities, bought in FOTT - they still collect compliments.

The jacket found a familiar girl on the "Lambada", now I do not get out of it. The case when you go to the market with little or no money, but with the desire to necessarily buy something, and in the first five minutes you see your thing. Sneakers are somewhat disappointed: several holes have been rubbed into them in a year; however, it’s still my favorite kind of shoe.

Dress Nina Donis - love at first sight. She went for other things, but tried on a dress and immediately fell in love. It is cozy, it sits well - in general, one of the favorite warm things.

I think something like this could look like a mom in my childhood. Vintage pants are terribly comfortable, I love them very much and I often wear them. My shirt turned out to be by chance - I think the perfect combination comes out with the pants, plus I like the slogan. Sometimes, in order not to burden myself with bags and backpacks, I choose a bag on a belt - everything necessary is placed there.

Strange, but my favorite cape, which brought a friend from Mexico. I didn’t know what to wear it with, and here I got a flare jeans on a swap. Then she remembered that I have quite comfortable shoes with a wide heel, and they also have a vintage bag. The puzzle has developed.

This vintage dress was given to me by a friend to whom our mutual friend presented it. I put it on for the first time for this shooting, but I’m really waiting for a reason to go out into it.

Jacket bought in Oldich Dress & Drink - she loved to drop in there, and from time to time to buy something. I found my skirt in American Apparel in Berlin - I love this store very much in spirit, but the quality of things is a little confusing, although the skirt is successful.

She bought a silk dress in Twins Shop when she worked there. I don’t wear it very often, as a rule, at events where you need to look neat. I love him for restraint and refinement.
