The clothing of the St. Petersburg brand MY812 stands out in a number of things of modern Russian brands: it cannot be called either basic or street-style, although it is perfect for every day. The creator of the brand explores the idea of femininity, combining gentle but strong images in the works: for example, the resulting collections are built on the contrast of geometric silhouettes and flowing fabrics.
The MY812 brand appeared in 2015 in St. Petersburg, as evidenced by the name - the telephone area code. The creator of the brand Albina Zueva worked once as an assistant painter in a film company, and creating her own collection became for her a natural continuation of her favorite activity. Now the brand has four independent lines, which a full team of ten people is working on. Part of the production is in Kazan - most of the outerwear is sewn there. The main work takes place right in the St. Petersburg brand's studio, where the flagship store is also located at the same time.
The main line is two full-fledged collections a year, which include all the wardrobe items from silk dresses to woolen coats. The silk line is a limited collection of thin dresses, and the base line is already iconic for the brand of Italian cotton dresses, which are presented in various colors and lengths. This year MY812 also launched a collection of bodysuits made of fine wool knitwear in various shades.
