Denise Hernandez, stylist from San Francisco

Before you - our permanent heading "Wardrobe". For her, we take pictures of our favorite things beautifully, distinctively or strangely dressed people and ask them to tell stories that are connected with these things. In the new material - the stylist of the San Francisco store LF stores and the real American Deniz Hernandez.

Ladakh top; vintage skirt; sneakers Sixty Seven; hat from San Francisco; decoration from israel

This hat is from a boutique in San Francisco. People like feathers on it.

One day, I walked around Williamsburg in search of a shortened white top and found the perfect one in a small shop Jane's Closet. It is beautiful in detail - perforations on the fabric and ruffles on the sides. Ladakh is an Australian brand that appeared in the States about a year ago, they have a lot of nice things.

I bought this skirt in a vintage shop in Los Angeles, and it cost only 10 dollars. She reached my knee, so I had to cut it off. I'm just crazy about red skin. I can not wait for winter to wear it with tights.

There are about ten different bracelets on my left hand that I never take off. They hang there for about a year, and if I see a cute string in some store, then I add it to the collection. I really believe in the evil eye, so on every second bracelet you can see a symbol protecting me from it.

A necklace was brought by my sister from Israel. I was very surprised to learn that it was made specifically for me from gold. I have been wearing this pendant for five years now, and if I want to somehow beautify myself, I only wear it.

These are my sneakers for every day. They are very comfortable, and I adore this leopard print. They gave me a birthday present, and it was my favorite gift.

Dress Kit Rubix; Jeffrey Campbell Rumis Booties

I am crazy about this dress. Sexy cuts, geometric pattern and color contrast - it all looks so beautiful. The only point is that it is very tight. So if I'm going to wear it, I don't eat at least a couple of hours before that!

In these shoes, it is difficult to recognize the brand Jeffrey Campbell. People constantly ask what it is and are surprised when they find out. The model is named after the blogger Rumi Neely, who constantly appeared in such ankle boots.

Bustier Emma & Sam; Millau dress; Matisse boots

This is a bustier from a small boutique in San Francisco. I really like the way the cross stitches look out from under the clothes I wear it with.

Millau is one of my favorite designers. The dress is awesome, and the idea to tie it up with metal pins is simply brilliant.

When I first saw these shoes, I realized: they should be mine. I was so happy to buy them, that I put them on that very night. In the end, they rubbed me so that I had to sit on a chair all night. Beauty is pain, beauty is pain.

Top millau; skirt Emma & Sam; MTNG boots; bracelet, gift

I rarely buy things with orange inserts, because this color just does not suit me, but I really like tribal print on this top.

I liked this suspension simplicity and grace. I like her length and beads.

When I saw this skirt, I was obsessed with asymmetry, so I could not refuse myself. She is very cute and looks great with short tops.

A bracelet resembling a pyramid was presented to me by a friend. It looks great with almost everything.

Details are what I love MTNG boots for: riveting at the back, metal dies at the front and fringe on the lock.

Decoration, no name; top brandy melville; american apparel pants

Jewelry with coins is actually a necklace. Once I experimented with large jewelery, and I decided to put it on my head. I liked how exotic it looks - there is something Egyptian in it.

Black cropped tops are a must-have in any wardrobe. A cut in the shape of a heart on the back is what made me buy it.

Perfect pants with high waist. In them you look thin and leggy. They are so narrow that they should be designed for riding.

Top Emma & Sam; Tripp NYC pants; Dolce Vita loafers; anaconda bracelet

Emma & Sam do a lot of great BASIC. The black T-shirt is cool due to the cutout at the back. This is another thing that I can wear all the time just because it is comfortable and I can combine it with any pants.

I have never had red pants, but when I put these on, I realized that I had to buy them - in my ass they look so delicious (ha-ha)!

White bracelet made from real anaconda. This is a gift that delighted me: snake skin is so great!

I do not often wear shoes without heels, but these loafers are not only comfortable, but also beautiful.

Headband; top Emma & Sam; Carmar pants; Dolce Vita loafers; rings, vintage

I have curly hair, so I don't feel comfortable wearing headbands. This is incredibly cool. I found her in a store in New York and fell in love with the spikes on the left.

This is the same shirt as the black one. I adore them and wear with almost everything.

Carmar jeans are a favorite pair of jeans in my wardrobe. If I could wear them 365 days a year, I would do that. Sorry, summer does not last forever.

The pink sole is what refreshes these loafers. The splash of color in combination with the calm gray looks great.

Top Emma & Sam; Urban Renewal Skirt

This is a classic black t-shirt. She is very soft, I wear it with inflated shorts and skirts.

All rings passed to me from my mother. When I started wearing jewelry, she gave me everything she wore at about the same age. They mean a lot to me, and I try not to take them off.

The Urban Renewal line is created by Urban Outfitters, recycling vintage items. This skirt is one of the most favorite things in my wardrobe. I cut the petticoat so that the lace could be seen better.

Top millau; decoration, no name; shorts, vintage

I like the cut of this T-shirt. In it, I look taller because it is shortened in the front and lengthened in the back.

This is the same decoration that was put on my head. It looks great and so and so.

I think everyone needs a pair of high-waisted denim shorts. These I wear all summer: they sit perfectly. In second-hand it’s always difficult to find things of my size, so I was so glad when I discovered these shorts marked 23/24.

Dress, vintage; sneakers Converse

On July 4th (Independence Day in the USA) I wanted to wear something red, white and blue. In the end, I went to second-hand, where I discovered this treasure. I always wear it with red lipstick: dark blue and red look so great together.

I bought these conversions not so long ago: my old ones were absolutely killed. Although, frankly, I like it when the sneakers look grunge dirty.

Millau dress; Nasty Gal jacket

This dress is another Millau creation. I like its asymmetrical cut and tail at the back. It is great to walk in windy weather: a light translucent train so beautifully flows after.

This is my favorite leather jacket. It is shortened, so it looks cool with almost everything. When I am in San Francisco, I wear it all the time: it is always windy and cold there. Nasty Gal recently launched a new line for which they created a new version of their motorcycle jacket - I so want to see it.

Hat, vintage; top american apparel; skirt, vintage

This simple American Apparel cropped top is an indispensable complement to skirts and high waisted shorts.

I call her Indiana Jones's hat. It is ideal for winter because it is made from 100% wool. Once I was walking around San Francisco, and it suddenly started to rain. I ran into my favorite vintage store, where I saw this beauty. It is ideal for rainy weather.

I like to wear long skirts, so I often go after them in second-hand - there you can find those who will not walk half the street. I don’t really like pink, but this skirt was an exception. I remembered a photo of my mom of the 70s, where she stood almost the same, decided it was a sign, and bought it. My mother is my biggest inspiration in terms of style. By the way, when she saw me in her, she really decided that I just climbed into her closet.

Top I love SF; Millau jacket; shorts, vintage

I love how this jacket sits. He can look smart and casual.

I bought this jersey for $ 5 in Chinatown. She was very big, so I immediately thought that I would never wear it. But then I decided to cut off her sleeves and make a fringe along the edge. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, but I moved to San Francisco three years ago, so I can call it my new home.

I also found these shorts in second-hand. Every time I find small-sized shorts, I rush to buy them because it is a real rarity. I like their cooked jeans - they look like from the 80s.
