We tried: Is there any sense in unusual means for eyebrows?

Testing cosmetics on animals is bad, but no one forbade it. The fearless experimenter and author of the channel "Beauty for 300" regularly checks unusual (read: weird) novelties of the industry for fitness and durability. 2017 can be called the year of eyebrows. What did they not come up with: colored mascaras, stencils, eyebrows, waves and eyebrows, Christmas trees, and even decorations for eyebrows for the holidays. We took the liberty to test the most seemingly applicable life trends.
Time saving
In the outgoing year, the brands advised us to spend time not on makeup, but on simple pleasures like coffee with a croissant. Tint-film was supposed to help - this is how Maybelline Tattoo Brow eyebrow remedy turned out to be the subject. The product is declared as an alternative to permanent makeup, but at home; the manufacturer promises that the result lasts for three days.
As a matter of fact: for 627 rubles, we get a small tube of a substance that resembles a dried nail polish in consistency - at the moment when it begins to reach for a brush. Apply a very thick layer, there is a persistent feeling that will end in two or three applications. After you win (or not) the battle with the brush, there are two options. The first is to leave the gel for twenty to thirty minutes for a result that lasts one day. Why - it is not clear. The second is to leave for two to three hours so that the result is maintained from two to three days. Of course, I tried the second option. The gel quickly dried on the eyebrows, turning into a film, which after a time I took off in one fell swoop. Well, the shade is dark, the coating is uniform, although I, frankly, was afraid that I would sparkle with bald spots in the sun. Tint and really lasted about three days, but already on the second went to a strong redhead.
False simplicity
Within the framework of the same trend for ease of use, various stencils appeared. We have already tested the things for the shooters, it's time to talk about eyebrow patterns. There was a feeling that the truck turned over in these cosmetic stores with these stencils: prices vary from forty to a thousand rubles, options can be found in almost all brands. But in fact, these are the same cups, only in profile: a set of silicone plates with a different shape of a theoretical eyebrow.
I tested them with the help of eye shadows and a brush, with the help of a pencil and a felt-tip pen. In all three cases, the stencil seemed infinitely useless and inconvenient: the shadows crumble under the device, turning an eyebrow into a blur, the pencil gives too clear a contour, returning us to 2007, and with all the versatility losing ground. The contour is too clear again, and the tip of the felt-tip pen tries to crawl under the stencil and finish drawing something else. As a result, in a couple of hours of manipulations, I did not get a decent result.
Brightness
Bright eyebrows unequivocally declared themselves loudly in 2017. At first, few people understood what to do with them in general, and many even decided to lighten their native shades for the sake of bright red, green and blue. The mass market quickly adjusted to the request, and by December Essence had a line of colored gels for eyebrows and eyelashes.
In the palette there are shades from silver to bright blue and, I confess, of all today's products, this is my undoubted favorite. In order to get the declared color, even preparation is not needed. Means falls bright and tight. Gold and silver hint at the cosmos and beautiful forest elves, while blue and purple insist on a rave - at least on a small office one. An additional option is hair fixation, and quite strong. There is a small problem: whether the gels are quickly bought up, or where little is brought, but in the "Golden Apple" or "Girlfriend" you can always ask the consultants about the upcoming deliveries.
Of the three tested tools and devices for eyebrows, which became fashionable in 2017, the most colored and eyebrow gels deserved the most attention and love of the author: cheap, fast, bright!
