What will be fashionable in six months: 9 trends from Milan

We summarize the results, held at Milan Fashion Week. In this material are nine trends that we will adapt to our wardrobe throughout this year. However, nothing prevents to start doing it right now.

Perhaps the most obvious - and the most tenacious - recent trend. This time the bikes appeared in several collections of the next season: Fendi and Prada showed how to wear them with a shirt, and Roberto Cavalli - with a dress. If you want to know how bicycles capture the world, pay attention to the detailed material on i-D.

Universal seventies trend, which will surely please many. Natural shades like brown, sand, beige and mustard smoothly migrate in the spring-summer season. Designers suggest not to waste time on trifles and immediately assemble a “warm” total bow, for example, as in the Max Mara and Fendi collections.

Although the trend for dense materials often pops up at the autumn-winter shows, in the last week of Milan there were a lot of vinyl stuff. Particular attention was paid to dresses - the most spectacular options showed Max Mara and N ° 21. We have already told how to adapt vinyl to everyday wardrobe - today, a textured skirt or ankle boots are not likely to be surprised even in an office with a dress code.

Next spring, designers are proposing to choose not autumn “leopard” or “python” (although there will be enough of them), but no less than “zebra”. An interesting version of the print, imitating the color of the animal, showed Roberto Cavalli. The rest picked up the trend in an unusual way: for example, Stella Jean decorated dresses and skirts with drawings of toucans and parrots.

Next spring, designers will continue to be inspired by the androgynous style, but each in its own way. The most popular option, like Max Mara, is an oversized pantsuit. Others tried to reflect on the gender-based uniform: for example, they turned out to have long shirts and loose trousers, like Jil Sander, and overalls, like Alberta Ferretti.

Pantsuits next spring will receive a new, summer reading. So, in addition to the jacket, shortened models will come to replace the pants. Designers rethink kits with bermuda shorts and bicycles: a discreet version - a jacket-dress with bicycles to the knee - turned out to be Jil Sander, and the options were bolder to Roberto Cavalli and Genny.

In contrast to street style and tourist chic at the shows are increasingly flashed things from the office wardrobe. The trend, which previously was rarely seen in the spring-summer collections, is shirts, buttons fastened to all. The classic version of a white shirt was shown, for example, Dolce & Gabbana, shirts with tight collars and a print - Fendi and Jil Sander, and bright and monochrome shirts - Salvatore Ferragamo.

Gentle pastel shades do not lose ground. Thus, the collections of Alberta Ferretti and Jil Sander almost entirely consisted of airy images in light pink, mint, sky blue and lemon flowers. We advise you to look at pastel near-sports things: sweatshirts, T-shirts and bicycles, like in the men's collection Martine Rose.

Spring 2019 will force to revise all the conventions, especially when it comes to a combination of shades. Designers offer to forget about the rules of the color wheel and combine everything with everything: pink with light green, red with blue (like Versace), and crimson with orange (like Blumarine). The more interrupting shades in the image - the better.
