Models.com included Asia Beer in the top of the new models of the spring-summer season, and Style.com called it one of the main discoveries of the New York Fashion Week. All this thanks to the summary of the girl with androgynous appearance: it has twenty-eight hits over the last Fashion Weeks. Polka did not open and did not close a single show, but received exits at the most cherished shows. In New York, she had an exclusive on Alexander Wang, as well as Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors shows. In London, Asia defiled by Antonio Berardi and Giles. Milan was noted for Beers with Bottega Veneta, Marni and Missoni, and Paris - with Ann Demeulemeester, Cacharel and John Galliano.
The results of Asia Beers are more than impressive, especially considering that she came to the modeling business a little more than six months ago. In March, she joined Oui, then signed a contact with Elite and New Age. Three months later, she appeared in the lookbook of the cruise collection of Christopher Kane, whom Asia Pivka clearly liked: in September they chatted on the backstage of the show Christophe Kane. Perhaps, for the time being, the polka doesn’t get along with the shooting only: it has three bands in AnOther Magazine and an editorial in Zwierciadlo. Hopefully, independent editions like i-D, Tank and Russh will soon book it.
