Luke of the week: We analyze the images of our readers

We were always attracted to real people with an interesting personal style, their wardrobe and attitude to clothes as a way of expression. Once a week we choose two images of our readers and analyze how it is better to wear certain things.

The case when things with different prints look harmonious. That's because the image is kept warm colors: white, copper, gold, dusty gray, dark blue. In many ways, the image "holds" a concise and well-cut gray coat, and gray slipons only support it. I like that Anna wears wide trousers with comfortable shoes on a flat turn — this is practical and ideal for the city — and instead of a volume bag over her shoulder, she chose a bright clutch that is comfortable to carry in her hands. Although the summer mirror glasses echo here the copper-gold pattern of the clutch, I would nevertheless advise them to replace them with a more “solid” pair of frosted glass.

It's a mystery to me, why try to “embellish” such functional things as a regular park with a hood or a down jacket. From somewhere, the urban fashion came from wearing them with boots with heels and even with tight jeans tucked into them. Obviously, this is an attempt to combine practicality and elegance in one image, but these are things from different worlds, their combination creates unsuccessful proportions and simply ugly. If and to pick up to the park boots, then lace-up, which will overlap with the drawstring. A good example is the show of Rodarte: their parks and gladiator boots do not argue with each other precisely because of lacing. By the way, boots with lacing and on a flat sole are generally perfect and non-trivial accompaniment to a long jacket. However, for everyday wear in the city, I would recommend to choose shoes that are as practical as the jacket: shoes, sneakers. In the image of Margarita extra beach sunglasses with bright blue mirrored glasses. They are too summer and will be absolutely appropriate at a resort or at a music festival. Plus, bright blue does not match any of the other shades used in the image. I would advise you to replace them with ordinary black glasses.
