FOR RUBBER "WARDROBE" we take pictures of beautiful, original or strangely dressed people in their favorite things and ask them to tell related stories. This week our heroine is the CEO of Tom Tailor in Russia and the CIS, Sofia Kofmann.

I find it difficult to describe my style in one word, my appearance depends more on my mood. On the one hand, I love avant-garde brands that put on an asymmetrical cut and black monochrome things, on the other - those that produce colorful and laconic clothes. Trends change very quickly, I prefer to stay open to the new. I have a huge range of brands in my wardrobe: some make basic models well, others are strong in extravagant things.

I would not say that work greatly influences the way I dress. Quite the contrary - it gives the opportunity to freely choose things close to me. In our company everything is democratic: there is no dress code as such and everyone looks very different. Of course, when meeting with external partners, I try to keep a business style: the corporate culture is different everywhere and from time to time it is necessary to comply with other people's frameworks.

I switched to online shopping a long time ago - it is convenient and saves free time, which is always small. I know my sizes with my favorite brands, there are used patterns, so usually I am not mistaken. Most often I order something on Net-A-Porter, Farfetch and The Outnet. At the same time, I love concept stores and department stores in different countries: I like what they think about all spheres of human life and sell literally everything, from furniture to niche cosmetics and perfumery. I go just for the sake of interest - for me it’s rather a pleasure in the process, not aimed at the result. I do not like to measure things, so even in stores I buy them without going into the fitting room. I love vintage shops, but I can not say that I have a lot of vintage things. Often, excitement is included: I want to find something specific, which was either not there or not bought in a retail. Periodically I look at the Vestiaire Collective and eBay.

Some of my favorite designers are Haider Ackermann and Dries van Notein. In my opinion, they direct fashion. Ackermann shows are a real inspiration, so I always try to get on his show in Paris.

These are classic basic things that fit well. The jacket and shirt look fairly formal, but the eco-leather leggings balance and make the whole look less “business”. I can dress like that even on the weekend - not necessarily in the office.

All these items are from different collections and purchased at different times. I like the combination of prints. Dries Van Noten has such a verified concept that most of his even the brightest things combine well with each other. This shirt is already three years old, I wear it with dresses and jeans. Ankle boots are an atypical footwear for me, stumbled upon them in Milan’s Rinascente. Real "Cinderella's shoes": they are beautiful on their own and I like to have them.

Dress ordered online this summer. I liked his unusual cut - with one open shoulder. Ankle boots bought for color and texture. Super comfortable heel - I generally like shoes of this brand.

Very good at COS. Basically I order online to our German office. They have a cool positioning, so they target a very different audience. I like the fact that they are at the junction of the mass market and premium brands. These shoes Cherevichkiotvichki, perhaps the most favorite pair of shoes now.

I immediately liked the suit: wide trousers and a double-breasted jacket. It is this pair that I wear mostly with a heel.

Mirror clutch is one of my favorite bags. Bought once upon a time in Moscow Leform. Despite the fact that five years have passed, it does not lose its relevance; not very comfortable, but beautiful. I love hats very much - I have a lot of them. I didn’t understand this accessory before, but I tried it on once and that’s it, I can’t now without them in winter and autumn.

If I like the brand with my approach and quality, usually I don’t stop at one thing. Such a story with the Italian brand Forme D'expression. This is how I look every day: thanks to coarse shoes, the image does not look too official and is suitable for work and for a party.

I really like the Italian brand Isabel Benenato: ninety percent of their collections consist of black things. It seems to me that there are especially vests - I have a lot of them, I wear them with shirts and T-shirts, depending on the circumstances. They fit well in different styles. Maybe this is not the most functional thing, but it makes the image a little more complete.

Dress bought this summer, he has a very nice pastel color scheme. Because of the feminine silhouette and ruches, I carry it with something simple or sporty, such as a bomber jacket and sneakers. Because of this, it does not look too girlish.

This coat is a sample from the collection that we use to work with wholesale customers. In contact with the brand at the stage of pre-sales, it is often impossible to resist the temptation - I want to get the thing six months before it goes on sale. Coat very much liked the color and cut in the spirit of military. In the cold season, I prefer a coat and I like to have models in different styles to choose from.

This is a hoody bought online, I really liked the models of the Haider Ackermann SS17 collection with large inscriptions. It is super soft and cozy and it combines well with both sneakers and elegant things. In my free time, sometimes I am in the mood for a relaxed sportswear. And in general, I am a very tactile person and enjoy the feeling of a thing, its comfort and texture.
