Our brand got its name in India: we were photographed for a local newspaper and signed by an awesome twosome, which means “delightful couple” in English. It all started there too: in 2008, while traveling in India, we bought raw silk in one of the oldest cities in the world, Varanasi, which has long been famous for its small family silk factories. This is an unusual fabric: it resembles flax, unusually pleasant to the touch, with a rough texture and delicate draperies. From it was removed our first collection, from which we went to London. There we were selling our things at Spitalfields Market, Portobello Road, Brick Lane and in the concept stores of East London. They also founded their own studio in Hackney Wick. At one of the markets, we met Fumie Kimura, a cutter who worked for Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney. She taught us non-standard cutting techniques. During the time spent in London, we have gained an incredible experience.

We always think about real people who will wear our clothes. The main thing that they were comfortable. This is not ascetic clothing, first of all it was created in order to make people beautiful. Our clothes form the mood, it has an individuality.

We pay a lot of attention to fabrics. Very often it is the texture of the fabric that inspires new models. Prefer natural fibers. We mainly order material in Germany, partly in Italy. This wool, cotton, silk, viscose. We try to keep things looking long and pleasant to the touch. Of course, pay attention to the color, try to choose deep shades.

Until this fall, we only managed to make collections for the current season. And now spring 2011 is ready for us, its presentation will take place on November 21 at the Old Fashioned Weekend event at the Aurora Fashion Week in St. Petersburg. By the spring, the autumn collection will be ready, which will allow us to present it at European trade shows and fashion weeks in Russia.

Until recently, we did absolutely everything together. But due to the growth of orders and the development of the brand we needed help. Now our team has a cutter, two tailors, a development director, a graphic designer, and a week later, in connection with the launch of an online store on our website, the person responsible for the store will join the team.

We want to expand production, sales volumes and geography, to enter the foreign market, to launch several more clothing lines - basic and sport. In the near future, we are planning to launch a charity line called High on Life, the proceeds from the sale of which will go to help homeless people.

We want to grow, but remain independent. Investment is a huge responsibility. We learned everything from our own experience, we learned everything ourselves, it is incredibly interesting. A lot of artificially created projects with large investments appear and disappear. We started with a microscopic amount, worked tirelessly, our clothes were popular in London, and now they are worn in Russia. Therefore, we are confident that our brand has a great future.

Now our clothes are sold in St. Petersburg and Moscow. In St. Petersburg, the LUUK design market store has a separate Osome2some corner, it most fully represents our current collection. You can also find us in the store "Kulturra". In Moscow, we are represented in the stores "Fashion Kitchen", Made in China, from next week we will be sold in the Fourth Floor and the online store "Place". In the near future we plan to work with the Kiev store "Sunrise". In the online stores Russian-room, Blackstore, we also have.
