T-shirts and Adobe hoodies with prints from stock photos
Anyone who has ever encountered a stock photo knows what a sick mad world it is. Although it is not the first year that they are laughing at the stock cliches, this source of masterpieces for all occasions does not stop. We ourselves have repeatedly plowed through the stock services: it is also a good way to understand which pictures and visual stereotypes are always popular. Adobe decided to use the glory of ridiculous images to their advantage. To advertise their stock service and new access using Creative Cloud, the company made a capsule collection of clothes with prints of typical stock photos. There is a “woman drawing a red graph”, “joyful office workers pointing to a blank page”, “a happy elderly couple on the beach” and even “Harold hiding pain”. The creative director of Abby Priest, Oscar Helkvist, who invented the campaign, says that he tried in this way to keep familiar and familiar to many cliche photos in the past.
