In 2015, Scott Stenberg, the founder of Band of Outsiders, closed his brainchild after more than ten years of work. During this time, the entire creative commune of Hollywood, from director Spike Jonze to actress Kirsten Dunst, managed to act in advertising campaigns of a brand designed for wealthy millennials. The brand’s business card was simple but high-quality clothing like denim shirts, sweatshirts and top-sellers. The end of the Band of Outsiders meant for the designer to start a new project. The resulting brand was called Entireworld - Stenberg said that he was inspired by a trip to Japan and the success of brands like Marimekko and Patagonia, who built a dedicated community around him. Entireworld - entry into the already familiar territory: these are basic inexpensive clothes for every day. The brand’s Instagram looks appropriate: ambassadors like Lizzy Kaplan and Bisi Phillips, old pictures of Carolyn Bessett-Kennedy, works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Gap commercials and much more.
