About atopic dermatitis and care
The fact that atopic dermatitis is not treated, I learned at the age of twenty. I do not know how I managed so long to believe that he will remain in childhood, and will not return with each new stress. I couldn’t come to terms with my “discovery” for a long time, then I spat and began to figure out how to live with it and not suffer. In childhood, everything was decided diet. They called me an allergic person, and cereals, kefir, and green vegetables were my best friends. Now I eat nuts, seafood, berries - if my soul is at rest, then nothing terrible happens. The real catalyst of atopy is stress. "Reactive" products can only aggravate the symptoms, so during difficult periods I try to limit the diet to those porridges and vegetables. Of course, it does not always work, stress jams are about me, but now I at least know how it all works.
Surely I will not reveal to anyone America, if I say that the basis of care for people with atopic dermatitis is gentle cleansing and moisturizing. I wash my face with CeraVe gel, and use La Roche-Posay gel from the Lipikar series for my body. I do not take hot baths, I try not to go to the bath. After a shower, I always use a body cream, you can not pity it. Although in my childhood it was believed that the use of corticosteroid ointment is necessary only in the most acute cases, I can not imagine life without them. However, proper care allows me to resort to them much less often than before. Scrubs, essential oils and fragrant shower gels had to be forgotten. True, after the raid on the "Girlfriend" on the day of a fifteen percent discount, you still want to rub yourself with a coffee scrub and citrus shower gel, but I hold myself. All my dangerous experiments are over, and every year I love my atopy more and more. This is an unpleasant thing, but it taught me to take care of myself.
On makeup and the profession of makeup artist
The make-up for me began with Ruby Rose's grandmother's palette: the fastest I wore out is nuclear-green shadows. For hours, she could sit at her beautiful pierum on the scarlet ottoman and experiment. Now I love giving granny red lipstick - they are very suitable for her.
I became a makeup artist not so long ago, but it seems that I finally found my own business. After the journalism department, I was engaged in advertising special projects in crowdfunding, then I promoted educational online courses in the regions. Everywhere helped the ability to quickly adapt, the desire to learn. All this gave me the opportunity to get used to the new profession. Last year, after another trip, I was lying on the floor without strength, and I thought that maybe I was doing my job well, but I was very bad about this business - so I quit. It all started with makeup on Instagram - I decided on the popular “100 Days of Makeup” Challenge, and ended up with a basic course in Chilly Dash Studio. On New Year's Day, I held a diploma in shaking hands and thought what to do next. Now I finish the challenge (he stretched out, but I do not give up), I work as a makeup artist on photography, slowly gaining clients, I love to assist experienced colleagues - I am in love with my work without memory. The guys from Chilly Dash help graduates, and I am very grateful for their kindness and support and is ready to blow about them everywhere.
I like to experiment with color and textures: I like that one product, such as lipstick or pigment, can find dozens of uses. In my work, I devote most of my time to skin care and tone: puffing over bright lips or Smokey, in my opinion, is useless if the tone is made somehow. In instagram I splash paint, sprinkle with sequins, paste myself with foil, flower petals, beads, and so on. But for a daily make-up, I choose simple universal remedies, although sometimes I can brightly paint my lips or glue a little glitter on the lower eyelid.
About sleep, running and healthy habits
I have suffered from insomnia since childhood (they are frequent companions of atopy), so I really appreciate a good sound sleep. I need tightly closed windows, silence, a comfortable mattress and a mode; with the latter the hardest, as with self-discipline. Previously, I could train drunk, and then just lay drunk on the couch and there is all sorts of rubbish, but now I don’t dare to flirt with either of them.
I try to do something useful every day, at least little by little. A couple of years ago a glass of water in the morning was a test, and now the body itself requires it. I recently tried meditations with the Headspace app: simple breathing exercises ten minutes a day are great for relaxing and reloading. The most useful thing I do for myself is running and psychotherapy. I'm a terrible lazy, not a marathon runner, but I go out for a run with pleasure - so I can disconnect from my thoughts and be in silence. And on therapy I air the skeletons out of my closets and learn to accept myself.
