Lists "all you need to have in the wardrobe" with ballet flats, fitted trench and black dress are hopelessly outdated. The same set of things will not suit everyone - it is a matter of personal taste, work, and lifestyle. Still, it is difficult to argue with the fact that there are certain macro-trends - the prevalence of sportswear in everyday wardrobe, ethical consumption, hyper-volume, and more recently, for example, merchandise. And things within the framework of these tendencies will not go out of fashion at least in the next few years - this is what it is worth investing in, looking for in secondaries and for what it is worth fighting for swaps. We tell what can be considered a new classic and why you should look at it.

Ankle Socks

Ankle boots with a tight tops have appeared in the collections of the last summer - with an easy presentation by designer Demna Gvasalia, who throws hit after hit on the market. Since then, every second self-respecting brand has made such shoes, and today it can be found even in the mass market. The phenomenon of ankle socks is easy to explain: they look good with skirts of any length and with short pants. In 2017, ankle socks are a real replacement for the annoying boats. If you want your couple to remain relevant for at least a few years, choose minimalistic options from leather and textiles in soothing shades. But the placer and glitter, and rich decor, and prints at your service.

Hoodie

Another thing that will soon claim to be the status of eternal classics. Black and gray hoodie without inscriptions and logos - real salvation, when in the morning there is no strength to think what to wear. Perhaps there has never been such a variety of delights as hudi today: inscriptions in Cyrillic, elongated sleeves, gothic motifs and group images (for example, Vetements with a Rammstein print, which, unfortunately, will nag as soon as). But, if you want to have a jacket in your wardrobe, which will remain in fashion for a long time, again, it is better to pay attention to minimalistic options.

Paradoxically, but a fact: the faster the office dress code disappears from our lives, the more often the models on the catwalks cosplay the bank employees. Today a classic set of a jacket and trousers or a jacket and skirt is a real hit. Constant with one - a jacket, which seemed to be several sizes larger. Calvin Klein has a perfect example of what a suit might look like in 2017.

It is also worth recalling the tendency for the so-called father's style, whose name is a direct reference to the Vetements show, in which ordinary men (some with their children) acted as models. Voluminous, plaid or striped, in combination with a regular T-shirt, incongruous shorts and trousers at a high waist - by the way, such a jacket is most easily found in a vintage store or second-hand.

Leather pants

The thing that was once associated exclusively with subcultures, in 2017, can only be considered a piece of clothing that can be easily combined with everything from a satin blouse to a blank sweatshirt. Leather trousers and artificial leather trousers are triumphantly returning in the new season. Ready to take a chance? Buy them the same shirt as the Calvin Klein show. It is terrible to imagine how much such a suit could cost.

Huge down jacket

The thing that is hardly replaceable in our latitudes is a huge down jacket, under which you can wear both a classic suit and hoodie. Two models prevail in fashion weeks: a down jacket-quilt, referring to the archival collections of Maison Margiela, and a short oversize down jacket, which was shown by Vetements and Tod's. To be honest, we see no reason not to be guided by them. By the way, the thing from the H & M Collaboration and Maison Marigela can still be found on the open spaces of eBay.

Vintage fur coat

Fashion on fur coats (by the way, we vote for artificial fur) are ruled by two big trends: on colored fur with appliqués and on classic, light brown fur. One thing unites them - a relaxed silhouette from the 60s and 70s. An ideal sample is offered by Alessandro Michele from Gucci. The easiest option is to buy something like a flea market.

Shirt

Time does not stand still. Saying that a regular shirt is in fashion, say, in 2013 and in 2017, we mean completely different things. Let the devil is in the smallest detail, but not to notice the signs of time is difficult. And yet the voluminous (but not too) sleeves, a Victorian-style collar and contrasting edging are what will be relevant for several seasons in a row.

Cossacks

Another replacement for the older jackboots and coarse boots on a thick sole is the Cossacks. It's all about the interest in the American style, which in the new season will be everywhere: contrasting pockets on shirts, prints in the form of cacti and cows, suede, fringe and cowboy hats. And if the image of “cowboy's girlfriend” disappears after a season, the Cossacks, thanks to their universality, will stay with us for a long time. We live in the era of sneakers. The idea that most recently they were worn solely for sports, today it seems at least strange. And no matter how hard the suite (ok, Balenciaga turns out) or the mass market, the most interesting models are still worth looking at sports brands. The number of collaborations - both within individual pairs and lines - is growing every year. But the usual options are worthy of attention, the benefit of colors and models are great.

On assurances of Business of Fashion, the not falling popularity of catchy earrings and clips is associated with a love of selfies. Be that as it may, conspicuous jewelry is now really on the cutting edge of fashion. If you are looking for jewelry for several years (or even decades) in advance, it is better to rely on options of metal or white crystals. These are good and frankly evening gown, and with a tracksuit. The trend that will last for several seasons is imitation piercing.
