About care
My daily care system: proper cleansing, and then nourishing of the skin of the face. Once a week I make peels and put on masks, and once a month I go to a beautician. I use the tools of various brands, based on the reaction of the skin and the result. I believe that the importance of professional care from a cosmetologist should not be underestimated: communication with a specialist helps to avoid many mistakes. And another important point - a balanced diet. I think without it all of the above does not work.
About sports and recreation
For me, an important part of taking care of yourself is positive emotions. I am a sports fan and I am convinced that anyone can find a type of activity for himself. In the summer, for example, I fly on a circus trapeze, run and sit on the splits. Sport should please, only then it will give a visible result. For complete relaxation, choose a Thai massage, and a healthy diet and sleep give me strength. Nevertheless, I almost never have a weekend, I would like to learn how to arrange them. If there are several free hours, I usually go in for sports: this year I love running and I am very happy about it.
To feel cool, you need to do what you love very much; This applies to work and hobbies. And if you are also in love - in a person, in a business, in your passion, - consider it to be a hat. I also think that it is necessary for everyone to change from time to time, so do not be afraid to trust your appearance to professionals.
About make-up and work
In make-up, the main thing for me is technology and tools. A few of the right brushes and a pair of well-chosen products work wonders. When I paint, I often focus on the eyes: it is all about the mascara and the way it is applied. I pay special attention to the skin: blush and radiance create a mood in make-up that I like.
Brushes - my tool, cosmetics - a way of expression. I have been in the beauty industry for ten years, a couple of them lived and worked in Los Angeles. A year ago, I created my own brand of professional makeup brushes, and now I’m developing it. I also teach, work on the set and in my favorite hair salon Noir. During work I like to experiment with colors and textures of cosmetics: each person is unique in their own way, so I prefer to emphasize natural beauty, emphasizing individuality.
