Black Musk, The Body Shop

Probably, this fragrance will not be as cult as its fanned by popular love ancestor White Musk. But in 2016 it is generally difficult to create a real totem - in an incomprehensible way, it is possible except for Kilian Hennessey with his flirty flower-fruit handicrafts. By the way, most of them, Black Musk - despite the invigorating price difference - is not at all inferior. This is a very fine vanilla with a dark licorice tone and musky "fluff", sweet, but, unlike many vanilla flavors, it does not smell like the inside of an oven, but a real vanilla pod.
Knowing, Estee Lauder
1849 p. for 30 ml
Spicy and mossy rose from the family Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche and Clinique Aromatics Elixir (the latter, by the way, is also a great budget find), immersed in green forest twilight. Had Knowing been candy, would have been sold in a pharmacy on a shelf with cough drops - bitter-herbal and rough, like cat's tongue.
Secret d'Essences Rose Oud, Yves Rocher

More expensive compared to the main collection, but still a very affordable line of Secrets d'Essences - one big joy. There is in it both nice neroli, and plush amber, and an expected sketch on the theme of the most popular combination of perfume in recent years - the rose and the chord of an agarwood tree. Made Rose Oud Annick Menardo, the author of several wonderful and memorable aromas: rubber Black Bvlgari, smoky and smoked Patchouli 24 Le Labo, "flesh" Body Kouros Yves Saint Laurent. All three are on the category of perfume "game", and although much more commercial, more tranquil Rose Oud can not be called arthouse, it also has interesting oddities: gourmet, plum underside of his roses and cumin - intimate tone of human sweat.

Bold, luxurious jasmine in half with cashmeran - a substance whose woody musky scent is often compared to the sensation of touching cashmere. In a certain concentration, the kashmeran also creates an “animal” context - as if nearby, in the roots, some invisible animals snoop around: the warm scent of their fur is mixed with the smell of wood. From the neighborhood with the Kashmeran jasmine only wins - it dissolves in its warmth.
Lovely sarah jessica parker

Sarah Jessica Parker's lovely is one of the best, if not the best in the genre of celebrity fragrances. And not only because Parker, contrary to the generally accepted scheme, really took an active part in the work on Lovely with the concern Coty, about which the journalist Chandler Burr wrote an excellent book - the production drama The Perfect Scent: New York. It's just that Lovely is really very nice - a gentle and elegant floral musk in the spirit of the popular Narciso Rodriguez (by the way, appeared earlier), but without his depraved "animal".
Tibetan Mountain Temple, Pacifica

There are several low-priced perfume brands that are badly lacking in Russia: Fresh would decorate L'Etoile, Lavanila - the fourth floor of Tsvetnoy, and a bright, cheerful, but clever Pacifica could easily replace the overvalued perfumery L'Occitane. Tibetan Mountain Temple is the most interesting work of the brand, a mountain temple that is preparing for a great holiday: the wooden floors are polished to a shine, new incense is laid on the brazier, the monks are supported by strong spicy tea before a long ritual. Beautiful and warm autumn scent.
Death and decay lush

Lush's latest perfume collection is called Death, Decay & Renewal ("Death, Decay and Renaissance"), with nine flavors, and Death and Decay, obviously, its flagship. The idea of fragrance - the fragility of beauty, the inevitability of fading - requires white flowers, in whose nature it was originally laid: the freshness of jasmine and lilies are always accompanied by putrid notes. Most clearly in Death and Decay over-ripe jasmine, three-day lilies and anemic lilies of the valley, grown in a black coniferous forest, are felt. But what makes Death and Decay "interesting pallor" is a slightly sad naphthalene note (indole), as if you buried your nose in a coat bought in second-hand, and you think: is the former owner still alive?
Yohji Essential, Yohji Yamamoto

Dashing floral fragrance in the spirit of the 1970s and 1980s blockbusters: rose is clean and bright, jasmine is cream with sugar, gardenia is sunny, tropical. After several hours, all the same flowers, lightly sprinkled with musk, bloom on the skin - the resistance of Yohji Essential is beyond praise. Suitable for days when you want to be elegant.
