Beauty Insider photographer Arina Esipova about overcoming fears and favorite cosmetics

For "Available" we study the contents of beauty cases, dressing tables and cosmetic bags of interesting characters to us - and we show all this to you.

About care

I think the most important thing in my care system is quality sleep. Actually, if I go to bed around eleven o'clock in the evening, then I easily wake up myself around seven in the morning, which gives me the opportunity to get ready for work without haste and guarantees my mood for the whole day. The rest - proper nutrition, the use of large amounts of water and caring cosmetics - only supplement. The more significant is the fact that I finished this text long after midnight.

In facial care, I like starter essences most of all (I sincerely believe that they are able to moisturize the skin well) and night masks, because after using them you don’t have to wash your face once more. One of my classes is directly related to the beauty industry; there is always something new in my hands. But, to be honest, not a single remedy struck me at the very heart. Now my care system is washing with hydrophilic oil or facial foam (using a foam beater net) and essence-starter, mood serum, and also a night mask or face cream. Recently, I often resort to acne acne, but have not yet found the ideal.

About sport and overcoming fears

In addition to sleep and the use of cosmetics as a means of self-care and my nervous system, I consider sport. It is curious that I found “my” sport only nine months ago - now I go to the trampoline. Three times a week, in the snow, rain, thunderstorms, when my head hurts and even if I do not get enough sleep, I go to jump: so much I love the process and the place where I was engaged (unfortunately, it was already closed, but everything was perfect ). On the grid, I relax, disconnect from all problems and turn into a state of even and deep concentration on my body. The fact is that, at first, tremendous concentration on the process is required for performing and practicing tricks. It is important to monitor balance, body position in space, see where you jump, and track the grid while moving, in order to have time to react and put your hands up if you suddenly fly the wrong way. Unusual movements make you reject any extraneous thoughts, otherwise there is a good chance to strip your elbows - for the first six months they almost did not heal with me - or something to break.

During these nine months, I have gained not only the endurance that comes with cardiovascular training. I also noticed, for example, that I began to react faster and sharper to accidentally falling things: performing tricks happens very quickly and in the process of learning you have to adjust and break the two-three-second action into phases. And even after training, I feel completely satisfied and happy - I think this therapy is not worse than a psychologist and helps to fight depression. It was with a trampoline that an interesting experience of overcoming oneself and one’s own fears came to me. This feeling - when your brain is desperately protesting against doing backflips, for example, but you are still gathering strength and doing this trick, and you manage to do it - priceless. In general, the trampoline is for me the best sport among the existing ones. It should, however, be borne in mind that it is quite harmful to the spine, does not affect the figure too much (strength training does it better) and is associated with the constant danger of fractures and tremors, but at the same time with a sense of flight and victory over oneself.

About habits and well-being

I think in the matter of habits I have everything like many: I would like to eat less sweet, eat less sweet, less sweet eat. Unfortunately, sometimes the only thing that helps me to calm down and feel better is a huge chocolate bar or a half-liter glass of cocoa, the amount of calories and sugar in which exceeds all acceptable limits. Perhaps, I would have liked to get off the ritual coffee before work: I often go to the office for a couple of minutes, because I need to buy a glass of hot latte or American. However, if I really went to bed around eleven o'clock, this problem would have solved by itself.

The pledge of a good physical and psychological form is the love of self. If you love yourself, you will go in for sports, to love yourself even more, you will moderately consciously eat, cherish and nurture yourself in every way. Yes, and many psychological problems will bypass you.

About makeup

Before my world "moved from its place", I was a moderately diligent and unemployed student, and daily makeup was a ritual that I could easily afford. Now I have two jobs and a sport, so in the morning I often get along with the minimum: tone, concealer, translucent lipstick, contouring blush, highlighter, eyebrow gel and mascara. Make-up in the days of sports should be minimal also due to the fact that I always wash off makeup before training. Such a make-up option rarely takes longer than fifteen minutes.

On weekends, I like to wake up and start aimlessly getting ready. Make-up zen these days can stretch out to an hour and a half: I draw a peach-purple smokey, huge graphic arrows or bright lips. However, my makeup can rarely be called defiant or eccentric, usually it is just a little more abundant and bright than everyday. I almost always had an interest in make-up: since childhood I liked to paint my mother with her own makeup or to create some crazy option on my girlfriend's face. With age, I began to read blogs: the first person I came across was Elya Chabakauri. I can say that it was she who taught me how to paint my eyes. In her blog, I found links to many other resources, including the Beauty Insider: I remember reading it at school. And now my interest in cosmetics naturally flowed into the work in the field of beauty.
