FOR THE FACE "HEAD" we study the contents of beauty cases, dressing tables and cosmetic bags of interesting characters to us - and we show all this to you.
About the need for care
If I had to tell you how I take care of myself, six months ago, I would simply not find what to answer. Because my answer was - no way. It seemed to me to be so cool: I am 27, I have never been to a cosmetologist in my life, I use a moisturizer once in a while, and I can be released on the air without tonal cream, just powdered (by the way, I did it on my previous work, which I was very glad). But six months ago, my skin began to undergo changes that caused horror in me. I started to get very irritated, I learned what acne and comedones are (without this knowledge, I lived much better), I realized that I just need to go to a cosmetologist.
The first thing that the specialist recommended to me is to start taking off the cosmetics after the ethers and make a combined facial cleansing. I work in television, so television makeup is put on me almost every day. This is a fairly dense layer of tone and powder. I had not thought about the fact that cosmetics should be removed carefully - so, I wiped it with micellar water and ran on business. The beautician opened for me the Israeli brand Anna Lotan - and now I only use it. With my skin, it works wonders: after the foam, tonic and cream, it starts to glow. A little earlier, makeup artists at work taught me to remove eye make-up: he is also quite active and only takes a special two-phase liquid.
About hair care and hairdresser dreams
If I somehow dealt with the face and care of him just now, then I had to deal with hair care much earlier. My girlfriends say to me: "How lucky you are, you come to work and every day you are laid and painted." I tell them that, firstly, if I thought about it and that was my goal, then I would never have worked on television. My dream has always been to tell people that I love more than anything else - about sports. And the fact that they still lay me up and paint me is just a nice addition to the profession.
Secondly, when you are laid every day, then problems with hair begin. My hair and burned, and broke the corrugation - so I take care of them very carefully. I have a great hairdresser, I know her for almost ten years. She is a real self-made voman and an example to follow. One time I was unsuccessfully painted at work, and she said that she would no longer work with me - because she puts her soul into her work and is not ready for someone to mess up her hair, which she has worked for so many years. Since then, I have promised that I will not paint and cut somewhere else, and I am very pleased. Every month I do a procedure called “Absolute Happiness for Hair” in salons (I do it at home). It really helps my hair - I advise it to anyone who uses the iron and curling. After each procedure, you feel that your hair is saturated from the inside. Cool feeling, by the way. She also gives shine - it is important to me, including for work in the frame.
About make-up in the frame and in life
I do not paint very much myself - for example, I don’t put on a tone, I’m just pudding. I draw the upper arrow to the middle of the pupil and slightly lower my eyes. A little blush - and ... I wanted to say what was done, but no. I have pretty problematic eyebrows. They, of course, do not give me rest, but the eyebrow pencil is the first thing I undertake if I need to go somewhere. At work, they paint me every 2-3 weeks - for me, this is happiness. It's amazing how eyebrows shape your face and make it expressive. I remember making the first correction. I was about fourteen years old, and even then the master advised me to do a tattoo. I, of course, did not return to her anymore. In general, I heard this phrase that I need to do a tattoo of eyebrows, probably a hundred times.
Well, that makeup artists from work do not think so. We have a really cool team. I work on television for a total of ten years (oh, mommy) and have seen, of course, anything. Our image is given a lot of attention. For example, when "Match TV" just started, Natalya Bilan, our main producer, advised me to get a haircut, make a cascade of one length - and on the screen my hair really began to look more voluminous. There are a lot of TV secrets and chips - but I don’t perceive them as such. For example, many of my colleagues put patches under their eyes before the air in order to avoid bruises under their eyes. I rarely have them (and if they do, then the concealer saves here). Although, when you broadcast the morning air, got up at three in the morning, arrived at work at four, you just need a concealer.
Sleep is a very important part of our work (however ridiculous it may sound). When you get enough sleep, you look better, you have a fresh face - and this is all damn important. I was taught this way: the viewer does not care whether you slept or not, did you have time to watch yesterday night football or not, he is not interested in your problems and your mood. In the frame you should always look great, should know everything and be able to talk about it smoothly. But when you could not fall asleep on time, even the touch of a brush that paints you is annoying you. It's amazing, but you really think that her pile is made of needles and scratches your skin. I, by the way, prefer brushes with synthetic nap, because it is softer. I have a set of Verba - these brushes are made by the main make-up artist of "Match TV" Vera Baratova. Here they are super, do not prick. I also love MAC tassels - they are great, of course. One of the last purchases is kabuki.
To be honest, I don’t read anything related to self-care and beauty (I’ve been hanging out on sports sites instead for hours). I follow Western sites about healthy lifestyles, but they usually don’t write about cosmetics there, except about taking care of themselves and their bodies. But makeup artists always tell me something interesting at work or girlfriends - one of them, Sasha Zerkaleva, was also the heroine of the “Available” column. We on The-Challenger.ru, by the way, also decided not so long ago to write about beauty, started the “Terrible Power” heading and are terribly satisfied - but there, of course, about cosmetics quite a bit.
About the love of sports
By the way, I do sports not to look better, but to feel better. Sport has always been in my life: skiing in childhood, then aerobics and fitness, and now functional training. Last year, Pasha Osovtsov, who was then promoting the Rocky Road Gym, suggested that I take part in their Challenge — for two months I worked with a coach three times a week, followed the meal plan and was an example of how you can change your body for such a short time. The body really changed, I had cubes on my stomach, and I also got a friend.
I like it when people sincerely love their work, like my trainer Gosh, do not take it carelessly and work on their professional qualities. My favorite story is: I come to a cafe to meet my girlfriends, take a picture of the menu, send Gaucher, and he writes that you can eat. Or, if she doesn’t find anything light and protein in the menu, she asks me to hand the phone to the waiter - and he will already explain to him what to bring. Gosh - pro. People often ask me to advise a coach, even professional athletes. I am not ashamed to advise Gosha, I know that he will honestly do his job. For example, the medalist of the Games in Sochi, beautiful Alena Zavarzina asked me with whom to train with her in the offseason - I sent her you know to whom. I think she was very pleased with the result.
About training and schedule
Now I do not train as much as I would like, but I try to have sport in one form or another present in my life every day. About a month ago I spoke at the Life Picnic event - in front of me, Misha Khomich, who deals with startups and students at Skolkovo, was giving a lecture. Misha talked about how he prepared for one of the most difficult marathons in the world - Marathon des Sables (participants must travel 250 kilometers of the Sahara). At the same time, Misha started a sign in the "Excel": in the left column, he listed the cases that had to be done, and turned the top row into a calendar.
Things were like this: to catch up so many times, to stand in the bar for so many minutes. He pulled up - put a single in the column, no - put a zero. And so on. Such a simple micromanagement really works, Misha assured, and I also decided to try. I made a sign, where my goals were to stand daily in the bar for at least 2-3 minutes, push up 50 times (not only in one approach), do 50 squats, meditate for at least 2 minutes, do not eat at night and read a certain number of pages. And, you know, now I really stand in the bar every day. Even if you come late from work and you need to fill in your tablet, you will press or do squats - try, you will like it.
