Four Hands: What to cook for a romantic dinner

Below is a full and fairly simple option for two.

Tip: In addition to the usual ingredients, you will need some special ones. Rose water (only food, not perfumery), cumin, chili flakes and cinnamon can be bought at an Asian store (or in Indian spices), roses in a flower shop, everything else is in a good supermarket.

Poached Eggs with Sage and Brown Butter

Boil poached eggs better in four hands. Boil a pot of water with a drop of vinegar and gently break two eggs into the water. Wait three minutes and then transfer them with a skimmer in a bowl of cold water. Then one person can mix the sauce from a glass of thick yogurt, halved garlic cloves and a pinch of salt, and the second - melt butter in a frying pan and quickly fry sage leaves in it until the crunch, but not to turn brown. Then you need to remove the sage from the oil and heat it over low heat until it turns light brown and gets a nutty smell.

Poached eggs should be placed in deep serving bowls or cappuccino cups, put garlic yogurt, sage leaves, chili flakes on top, sprinkle with brown oil and serve immediately.

Pink water quail

Each quail must be cut with scissors on the back and deploy like a chicken tobacco. An assistant at this time can mix marinade: grated garlic, cinnamon, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice and rose water. Quail need to pour marinade for at least half an hour and leave at room temperature.

Large salad to pick, season with olive oil and salt and lay on the edge of the plate. Pour several spoons of grated sauce through a sieve into its center and place hot quail on top. Petals can safely pour directly into the plate.

Strawberries with crispy meringue and cream

A glass of heavy cream should be whipped up to the consistency of soft cream and put into the refrigerator. Coarsely chop the strawberries, mix with sugar and vinegar, crumble the meringues and chop the marshmallows. Right before serving, mix everything and put it into dessert glasses.
