Orange nude and pastel: 5 fashionable make-ups at Milan Fashion Week

Milan Fashion Week was not rich avant-garde decisions this year, but many of its participants are carried away by the interpretation of retro techniques and the invention of the "new classics". Milan states: even nude makeup can be interesting, and minimalism rules the ball. Show five make-up, which is worth taking a note.

Shining shadows

This year there were a lot of minimalistic and monochrome make-ups on the Milan catwalks, but simply - it doesn’t mean boring. Giorgio Armani blends light, radiant haze on the eyes of models with dark translucent lipstick: the volume and complexity of this makeup gives a combination of different textures on the eyes and lips. It is not necessary to draw the symmetrical translucent arrows that Linda Castello has come up with for this show - you can make a more calm and careless feathering with your fingers. For convenience, it is better to choose a liquid cream shade or tint, which is a good lay on the eyelids with a thin layer.

Pastel minimalism

Makeup, the only emphasis in which is placed on the corners of the eyes, has already appeared on the catwalks - this technique is fresh enough to not get bored, and is quite versatile. For the make-up models at the Missoni show, pastel blue shades were chosen - the rest of the face remains “naked,” as current trends dictate. There can be any hue of shadows, but if you choose pastel colors that are usually not easy to work, you must use the base and take a good brush to repeat this make-up: for the desired concise effect, it is better to observe symmetry and neat borders.

Whitened eyebrows and kitsch eyelashes

Pat McGrath continues touring through fashion weeks and surprising beauty journalists. This time the make-up artist invented for the Prada show a complex (and very punk) eye makeup. Exaggerated eyelashes, also painted on with shadows, look great in the company of bleached eyebrows. The alien image is obtained and futuristic, and referring to the exemplary makeup of the 60s - a good example of non-trivial rethinking retro.

Shades of orange everywhere

Orange color is appropriate not only in bright eye makeup or as an alternative to a win-win red lipstick. At the Antonio Marras show, translucent orange shadows were applied to the eyebrows - the perfect balance between natural and elegant makeup. An even more specific orange nude make-up was made to Max Mara models: a warm orange hue was applied to the eyes, cheekbones and cheeks. The result was a lightweight version of the drip and again a trendy monochrome.

Modern Cleopatra

It seems that make-up artists never get tired of drawing graphic and fantasy shooters - from each fashion week you can get ideas for non-standard "cat eyes" for the year ahead. Perhaps the most impressive hands could be seen in front of the Marni models: despite the uneasy form and large details, the makeup does not look fancy. Such arrows really do not complement anything. The outlines of sweeping shooters, "like Cleopatra," are easily guessed, and bare skin and the absence of unnecessary details remind that this makeup is still today.
