What to buy in winter: 15 new palettes of cosmetics
Winter Cosmetics Collection This year, the total mass is not very different from the past: glitter is almost everywhere, red (however, now it is suggested to be worn not only on lips, hurray) and rich packings. There are a couple of noteworthy exceptions, but today we will tell about the outstanding palettes: many brands even produced two, not two, but two, and almost all were successful and necessary. In addition, they are perfect for a gift and you can buy them now.
Smashbox
The American brand has prepared a set of shadows and rouge, but palette of lipsticks is a rarer phenomenon, so we bought it. In the holiday box there is a full-sized brush and 25 lipsticks (the mark marks this year), all of them are inspired by important characters for Smashbox, they turned out bright and will look good on the photos (however, this is in Smashbox’s blood).
Tarte
In confirmation of the fact that the sculpture does not give up its position even in the wake of the popularity of strobe, many brands have released specialized kits. One of the most attractive is Tarte. The Tarteist has matte and glossy highlighters, yellowish powder for bruising correction, two shades for contouring (for light and dark skin; inappropriate it can be used as shadows) and universal blush.
Laura mercier
Limited collection of submissive in terms of shading shadows and blush, plus two dry liner and black kayal. With one such set, you can go on a long spree: the number of holiday combinations that can be invented with Master Class Color Essentials will be enough for the whole January, and even more. In addition, Laura Mercier provided a pair of bilateral brushes, which, if you have some skill, it is quite possible to do.
Kevyn aucoin
If, even on holidays, you like natural or aspiring make-up, the new Kevyn Aucoin set is what it is (and if you are angry at the sculpturing, there is another one). It has 12 beige and earthy shades of shadows (from dark ocher to a gray-brown "Top"), which can be worn together or separately, and two powders: a non-sodden dark to emphasize the cheekbones and to correct the oval face and a low-key highlighter.
Urban Decay Vice 4
Releasing huge palettes of shadows with a fascinating palette has long become a habit with Urban Decay. In the regular Vice 4, inspired by the overflow of gasoline spots, the corresponding colors: turquoise, green, purple, purple, black, dark blue, pink, orange. We added some less loud shades to the bright ones, so if you need Vice 4, you can also do a discreet make-up - but it was created for the exact opposite.
Lancôme
This is not the first palette of Lancôme, and, I believe, it will also be successful: the creative director of the brand Lisa Eldridge knows what makeup the public likes. In My French Noel Palette, however, not so much: only six flickering shadows, of which only one can be called dark. But matte lipstick both bright: red and cherry. You can wear them both separately and together (gradient), and under the moisturizing balm, which is also in the palette.
Make Up For Ever
The shadow set is just one of many successful sets that MUFE offers. In contrast to the usual brand palettes, in the New Year shades are not 9, but 15 are bright and not. As they say, they can be worn even without a base: the powder-gel texture is saturated with pigments and therefore allows you to put shadows thinly and wear them for a long time. There are no brushes in the kit, but there are step-by-step instructions with a dozen examples.
Hourglass
Hourglass Highlighters do not get tired of singing the praises: it’s difficult to overdo them, but it’s easy to create the desired natural radiance of sleek skin. The brand knows about its successes and periodically pleases fans with palettes. The new one turned out to be quite heavyweight: three shades of a highlighter for warm and cold accents, two brilliant blush and one - also brilliant - a bronzer.
Nars
One of the most extensive collaborations of the French brand provides an excellent opportunity to save almost $ 100 on rouge. There is nothing really shocking in the One Shocking Moment Cheek Palette, besides this comforting thrifty fan of fact: all four shades of blush are suitable for skin with a warm or cold undertone, there are not many sculpturing blush, cold bronze without obvious sparkles - too.
Sephora Collection
Sephora's own brand does not skimp on sets either on weekdays or on holidays. Ombré Obsession Eyeshadow Palette is perhaps the most modest of the new ones: the number of shades in it alone is not in the tens. At the same time, the palette is in the good sense of the peacock: the ombre bands can be safely counted for three shades at once, and besides them there are four more brilliant and bright mono-sectors in the set.
Bobbi brown
The second rare bird, a palette of lipsticks Bobbi Brown is not replete with strange colors, like Smashbox, but in spirit it resembles Lancôme more: here are also classic shades that are suitable for any occasion. True, there are ten of them. And in order not to get bored, they added two more variants of coating with a shimmer: they can diversify not only lipsticks from the set, but also any others.
Dior
Dior is also not the first to release sets that have everything at once. In the richest of New Year's palettes of the brand, the Couture Creations Palette, completely shining shadows (however, there are not a lot of brilliant shades of Dior), cold pink blush, pearl highlighter and lipstick: almost fuchsia and flesh. Brushes, too, have invested, and, I think, it is quite possible to figure out a simple make-up with them, if there is no access to full-sized tools.
Kat Von D
Kat Von Dee prepared a real gift to everyone who was tired of endless sparkling translucent shadows. No, there is metallic in Mi Vida Loca Remix Eyeshadow Palette, but the wedge of light did not converge on their brilliance: the creators of the palette paid almost all their attention to color. The result was a set of 24 shades, the brightness and certainty of which even Urban Decay can envy - and this is an achievement.
Givenchy
In the Givenchy clutch (the palette looks like a bag naturally, or at least a box), it’s not that much, but everything that is necessary and meets the given theme: focus on the eyes. The successful black bulk ink will help in this, kayal in color and six shades of shadows, which, individually, do not seem to be fully purchased, but in miniatures in the set - completely.
Too faced
In expanded form, Le Grand Palais really looks like a dollhouse. Inside, however, everything is serious: a detailed make-up guide that every owner of the set can do, 18 different shades of courage, two gentle blush, a bronzer and a highlighter. For the sake of completeness, there is not enough mascara, bases under the shadows and lipsticks - they were included in the set, and the tone - but this is a completely individual thing.
