About care
The Internet, the source of at least some information, appeared in my life much later than I started painting, so it was commonplace not to wash off makeup before going to bed, but I generally learned about the importance of moisturizing only in the second year of university. Now I try to catch up.
The main thing is to identify problems, if any; I have this dry and enlarged pores. Scrubs can not be used, so I choose soft peels, in the winter I still wash with a Clarisonic brush, although with thin skin it is risky. Masks Dermalogica and Bioderma love for the fact that they really work and give a healing rather than a cosmetic effect. The primers of Benefit POREfessional and Clinique Pore Minimizer help to visually narrow the pores - I apply either a primer or a tone, because together they emphasize flaking. Special attention is now paid to cleansing: on the advice of the editor, Wonderzine changed the cleansing milk to make-up remover oil, it dissolves paint better. Now I use Payot and Japanese oil Rosette Peel & Moist Rich Oil Cleansing - the second is cheaper and is sold not only in Moscow grocery stores. The photo did not fall, because in the charges for shooting spilled on pants and stayed at home punished. But then another property of his was revealed: the oil washes off.
I spend a lot of effort on hair care. At some point my hair started to fall out abruptly, it lasted for two years. Supplements, horse shampoos - all this does not work and can not work, hair is a reflection of the health of the body as a whole, and if something is wrong, no vitamins will not help. It turned out that the problem is in a downed hormonal background (certain hormones act toxicly to the hair follicles). When the cause was eliminated, the fallout stopped, but another task appeared - to grow new hair. I did mesotherapy (this is unpleasant, but effective), and now I regularly rub various oils into my scalp. Favorite - Jamaican castor Sunny Isle (can be ordered on Amazon). I brought several unknown brands from Sri Lanka, but I haven’t reached them yet. Coconut and Moroccanoil oils moisturize well and make hair shiny. So the oil, after water, is our everything.
About decorative cosmetics
I like to be painted for two reasons: I can, firstly, hide my pores and reddening (yes, these are flaws and there is nothing to be proud of), secondly, to influence the perception of me around - change age, look frivolous or vice versa. Most of all - it is stronger, as if I am capable of everything and all the doors are open to me - I feel with my eyes painted a little brighter than usual: brown, purple or dark blue shadows, black arrows and mascara - everything, like Vera from series "Magic City". In general, the image of a woman of the late 50s I am very impressed. I have a lot of lipstick, but I paint them mostly at parties - for bright lips in the afternoon, my gut is thin. But my mom's boss (like the boss herself) from her previous job spent her whole life with red lipstick, even when she was asleep. She explained it this way: "If I die in a dream, then I will die beautiful!" But I can go out unpainted too - this is a matter of mood.
About lifestyle
It seems to me that I am leading a normal one: I drink a lot of water and stopped sacrificing sleep for work, I eat tasty and healthy food (meat is not an exception). Until 20 years I was engaged in dancing, now there is less activity and this, of course, is my omission. I occasionally go to yoga, I want to make it a habit. I also like to swim in the sea and surfing - this is the best training for weak hands. But if flashes of love for yoga occur several times a month, then with sea sports it is more difficult, love alone is not enough, it is necessary to relocate. Recently I discovered a bath, I go with my girlfriend once a week, she does peeling out of ground coffee and essential oils, after which she has very nice skin. But even if the sport as such in my life is not enough, I regularly go for a massage: it helps out even in the most deplorable cases, it saves from pain, relieves fatigue.
About aromas
I have a quiet monogamous relationship with the spirits: I fall in love with the smell and do not part with it for as long as possible. At school, my mother gave me a Cacharel Amor Amor, after which I begged them for any holidays from year to year, right up to college students. At some point, the closeness of this fragrance became unbearable to me, although with any other perfume I didn’t accept the compliments of boys and the questions "what kind of perfume?" - girls. At about the same time, I tried the completely opposite “Amor-Amora” “White Pepper” of L'Artisan Parfumeur in my girlfriend - the torpor into which he introduced me was similar to a slight erotic experience. Then I didn’t know if the artists were being sold in Moscow, but my laziness was stronger than the desire to find them. Two years later, they caught me at TsUM, and here, of course, I could not help but buy them. Spent all the remaining money, but still pleased.
