Kepi, balaclava, shawls: 30 hats for autumn (and winter)

Down jackets and trekking boots are now worn with everything - a course on comfort, which designers took a few seasons ago, helps to survive the bad weather in a good mood. In order to go through the cold with your head held high, in any case, do not forget about the cap - especially since this autumn you have to choose from. We tell which headgear to pay attention to.
Caps
Leather cap just like the heroine of Julia Roberts in the movie "Pretty Woman"? Today in the shops there is such. And the thing is that the designers gave vent to nostalgia for the early 90s: coarse denim overalls, corduroy clothes and noticeable headdresses are in motion again. We suggest wearing caps with a wide variety of things - for example, with a thin turtleneck and wide ribbed trousers or with a leather trench and knee-high boots. The last and, as it seemed, the final return of this headdress happened to zero - well, never say never.
Tight caps
Velvet this fall won the title of the main material of the season - they sew everything from it, from sarafans and trousers to sweaters and caps. In a cotton baseball cap in the fall, it may already be cool, so a headwear made of dense corrugated fabric will be a salvation for those who do not want to part with a visor. We especially like the combination of a cap with a voluminous down jacket or quilted jacket.
Balaclava
Balaclava is a kind of material embodiment of escapism - designers this autumn will modify it in their own way. Some cover the textured pattern, others leave only the lower part, covering the nose and mouth, and others make it even more functional thanks to waterproof fabric. If all of the above is not in your spirit, look for a good old black jersey model from sports brands like The North Face or Quiksilver.
Bini
The variant is out of time and tendencies - tightly fitting or, on the contrary, it is difficult to underestimate the volume bini cap. It warms up, stands out against the gray-black outerwear and saves from the dank weather and drizzling rain. When choosing a hat to your liking, be guided primarily by the materials: from synthetic hair your hair is more electrified, but one hundred percent wool can cause irritation and tingle.
Shawls
The scarf's functionality is clearly undervalued. First, silk fabric can be used instead of a belt or bracelets (traditional patterns will come to the rescue here), be worn around the neck or as a headdress. The advantage of silk and fine synthetics is that the weightless fabric does not remember styling, but at the same time it will save it from wind and light rain.
Beret with print
The designers took the berets a couple more seasons ago, and this autumn they decided to experiment. So, on the shelves of shops were berets with patterns - from a strict cage and psychedelic rhombuses to a leopard and a zebra. The imitation of snake skin also didn’t do without it - after all, the python print today rules the ball on a par with velvet and argyll cage.
